Hour Choice review: Service quality

I am writing this complaint due to an offending attitude from "hour choice" one of your sales persons named "Irfan" working for "Hours Choice store at Bahrain mall branch. The story started after I walked in to the store @ 9:58pm on Saturday 23.01.2020 and before I talk single word, they started rolling down the main door. Then the big surprise appeared when the above staff started telling me when I asked are you closing now? He replied, yes but you may choose any watch, however we won't able, to pay for it; however, you need to come at other time to make the payment, since our payment system is closed by now. (Especially I told him at the very beginning that I'm not aware of your closing hours).
