"After waiting weeks for the bed to be delivered to our home we found the item would not fit with the way the company manufactured the legs to be fixed to the headboard, which I was not aware of and it was never mentioned in the many conversations with customer service. I had no other choice, but to send the bed back with the delivery service. I found after speaking with customer service they are trying to charge a 25% restocking fee and a delivery charge. Almost a $1, 000! I will never order anything from a company like this and don't know how they can possibly still be in business with the terrible customer service they have! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! "

    We ordered furniture (headboard and bed) from this store in November 25, 2007 and they promised to deliver it to us in 6-8 weeks. Up to this date (02/10/08), they have not kept their promise. The salesman also said that our credit card will not be charged until after they delivered the furniture but our recent credit card statement showed the charges for this purchase. We called them on several occasions and always got the same response: "Your orders are on their way and they should be delivered next week". We called them last Friday and they said they will call us today for a delivery date. We did not get a call from them today.

        We had just brought a tv stand twenty minutes before from HOme Gallery Furnishings at 2385 W. Cheltenham Ave. We changed our minds and return to the store to get a cash refund. The store manager said not cash refund only store credit. Can the store manager do this? On the receipt it say 25% cancellation or special order or layaway cancellation. We were will to take the 25%. The store manager said no way.
