On 9/12/20 I ordered replacement filters for my Aer1 unit (order #JST0000003963326). I contacted customer service via email on 10/12 when I still hadnt received my product, no reply. On 10/21 I tried the online live "chat" but was cut off. I then sent another email, reference number [protected], no reply. I telephoned customer service and after being kept on hold for 20 minutes, a survey came on the line asking how my call went, and I could not bypass it to speak with a representative! My order states it is still pending, but I've purchased the filters elsewhere and wish to cancel this order. Problem is no matter what avenue I've tried, I can reach NO ONE!
