The rep told me to wait, but his tone wasn't appropriate
I’m a student and recently I have faced some difficulties with JavaScript. I needed it for my project, but the program didn’t respond. It was problem to open it, but after 10 times it opened easily. I wasted time and asked the experts from this company to help me. The rep, with whom I spoke, was impolite and nervous. He told me that I need to wait and he didn’t have time. Blah-blah. I don’t think that it was proper attitude and great services.
