Heartland of Centerville review: Not taking care of my mother

She has been there last Thursday and has one shower and clothes has not changed since saturday when she got her shower. I want to bring her home because her lack of care and they basically banned me from seeing her. Because coronavirus she got an appointment with her surgeon they were not going to set up transportation for her. I'm taking a day off to take to her doctor's appointment. I think time you clean house at that facility starting with the administration.
