Hampton Naturals LTD I can't get money back

I ordered only one samples of the cream from the company Hampton Naturals LTD. I want to warn all people, ‘coz the website is real scam. I placed the order and these ### charged me twice for one order. I tried to reach them, but no one replied to my emails and phone calls, as well as all my emails were returned back afterwards. Not recommended company and please, help me to get refund. Share this info.

Hampton Naturals LTD The company charged me for unordered items

I never bought products from the company Hampton Naturals LTD. I noticed two charges, and it was $300 in total. I immediately sent several emails and told to return money. They responded and provided phone number. I spoke with the agent, and he told me that the order was sent already. I needed to receive it and send back, and only after that they would return money. I never received order, and I don’t know what to do now. Please help me.
