a meal in carried out without inspecting
Sunday February 18 we decided on fish went to famous Dave's in Roseville it was my first time eating here it turned out terrible once I opened the box never seen such a mess the chicken tasted funny the fish was over cook so that it tasted burned the fries were cold paid over 20 dollars for two very nasty meal and was told no refunds enjoy so I took a picture then I trashed it a friend suggested the complaint line

I have a complaint against the management staff at famous dave's in fort myers located in the gulf coast town center. Ive witnessed managers allowing the service of alcohol to underage employees, as well as giving alcohol to back of house employees while on the clock and during operating hours. The managers continually speak down to the employees in front of guests and other employees and force them to work off the clock to ensure low labor rates. They assign extra work to the employees that dont get guests to fill out comment cards, club cards, etc..I was recently terminated with no verbal or written warning. I'm very unhappy with my employment experience there and i hope this will help with future employees because this is not what being famous should be like!
