horrible email ads behaviour
Saw an horrible email ads that come from DravaFever. This horrible ads will hurt people who really do have depression or anything like that. I used to have depression before and the way they say it in their ads was stupid to see. They claim that they have "Highly Trained Doctors" in the email and telling us to go back and watch to fix it. No one have time for their scam. No one want to go back to dramafever for their horrible services. The reason why I quit going back because of no colorblind feature to unsubscribe from their horrible membership. It took forever to unsubscribe from the horrible membership and have to block them from all social media because they want me back.
Here is what the email say.
"WARNING: Withdrawal is Dangerous!
It's been a while since you've last logged onto DramaFever. According to our highly trained team of doctors, this could have serious adverse affects. Continued DramaFever withdrawal may cause depression, insomnia and wild mood swings.
There's only one cure. Starting today, watch 1 episode of a new drama every 24 hours. Start with the current highest rated dramas on DramaFever
You should be back to normal in 1 week"
I had originally gotten a free trial, but accidentally cancelled. I then looked on the website again to see if I could get a free trial and it did. I then signed up again for it but just to double check I looked at my bank account and noticed that $68.88 was taken out of my account. I then cancelled, thinking it's fine I'll still have it for the rest of the year even if I don't get a refund but turns out that they stopped me from watching premium AND took my money.
I decided to look it up and read the terms and conditions and there is nowhere on it where it says that it will automatically stop your premium after cancelling subscription. I have had a Netflix account before, and they will always let you finish the time you have paid for even after cancelling the subscription.
I kept emailing them, but still haven't received any emails.

$99.99 unauthorized charge
free trial from 1/18/16 to 1/24/16. When I tried to cancel my free trial they ask me why? I told them that It was too expensive. They told me that They will give me 1 month free trial again. I was a fool and I should never trust these website. I say, yes. But why do they charge me $99.99 from January 24th 2016 the day my free trial will expire. I was mad and angry at the website. I cancel my free trial and e-mail them immediately, but nothing came back. I went to talk to my bank teller and she told me that the $99.99 was authorize and pending. I have to call them directly and resolve this matter before my bank can do anything about. I did call drama fever directly 3 to 4 times already, but always one lady's voice telling me to leave messages. It's hopeless and anger at the same time. I don't know what to do so I went back to my bank and the only solution is to change my bank credit card number for the future security. They just took $99.99 out of my bank account already the day I write this letter. Wow! I just got trick and scam. Do this drama fever com really exit out there? No e-mail or answer their phone at all. Now I know what batman is feeling now the fever, hopelessness, anger, and rage turn good man cruel.
Overcharge - Billing was changed
I signed up in April 2014 for premium membership that's supposed to be a locked in rate $5 for the life of the premium membership but I was billed $9.99 for the past two months. Even under my account it says I was last billed for billed $5 but my account is actually debited for $ 9.99. I've sent several emails to [protected]@dramafever.com and [protected]@dramafever.com and no one responds to the emails. Thank you, Tisha Willis [protected]@hotmail.com
overcharge on credit card
I SIGNED UP FOR $9.99 MONTHLY BUT YOU TOOK $99.99 FROM MY HUSBANDS ACCOUNT. I CAN NOT AFFORD THIS ALL AT ONCE . BECAUSE OF THE AMOUNT YOU TOOK I HAD OTHER BILLS THAT WERE DECLINED RESULTING IN TWO OVERDRAWN FEES.
PLEASE RETURN $90.00 TO MY ACCOUNT . I WANT TO KEEP IT ONLY AT THE MONTHLY FEE.
ALSO YOU DID NOT REMIND ME THAT THE ACCOUNT WOULD BE BILLED
AS YOU STATED YOU WOULD
THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR QUICK RESOLUTION TO THIS MISTAKE

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I ordered trial samples from DramaFever.com for $9.99 and they charged me $9.99 + $99.99. Maybe someone would not discover this charge but I count every $, so I can’t afford myself such a spending.
