DigitalDirectTV review: Streaming sport channel

This company advertise as being the best online sport streaming.
The fee is $49 and you get nothing for this. The download is always buffering. sometimes the site is not even available.
If you try to raise a service request or complaint and the answer is always days later. And they say that it is resolved.
It is the worst site I have ever used.
How can this go without recourse.
I cancelled my subscription early, I was not given any refund.
This site should be shut down, and they should refund subscriptions pro rata.
