Beware! He is one of those contractors that breaches his own written contract. Also, he bids low to win the job then at the end of the job he demands more money or he will not come back to fix his poor quality work; he nulls his year warranty if you don't pay him the price gouge he demands. Very unethical business tactics. Run fast!

He has a contract paragraph 5; "extra work not to be completed without written approval." just because I was out of town he took it upon himself to order a huge dumpster and pull a few nails and cut back some installation. At the end of his job he demanded $800 more from me. He did the extras before asking and getting it down in writing. Because I refused to pay the $800 he would not come back to my house and fix his terrible job. He does not stand behind his year warranty. Drywall work is a real big deal on the finished beauty of your home. This guy is a crook from what I experienced.
