Ditto as previous clients comments on this company. They have just given me the same line of a lame excuse after 5 weeks. I have responded to them saying:

Based on the other client experiences, no I will not accept any further delay in your provision of a refund for non-delivery and am escalating this dispute to PayPal Resolution centre to take up. Your company should not be allowed to offer PayPal services based on the history of your clients.
PayPal, it is incumbent upon you to close this company's account with you. It is causing too much trouble for your clients. "
