Coocaa Philippines / Lazada review: Received a cracked screen 40 inches TV and haven't gotten any refund yet

Last June 26, 2020 I received my order for a 40 inches Coocaa Smart HD TV but the item has a big and very noticable cracked screen upon unboxing. I tried to contact the seller and was referred to contact Lazada customer service for return instructions. So I did, and was instructed to drop it off thru LBC location however it wasn't accepted due to item's size and bulkiness so I was referred to contact Lazada again for pick up request. I have been contacting Lazada multiple times but the item isn't picked up yet and I haven't gotten any refund as well.
