Colin Broadus is a scam artist! He is not licensed in SC and provided us with nothing but basic drawings that were rejected by the County. He doesn't know SC codes and scammed us out of $3, 000. Stay away! Run from this con artist!
He is condescending, rude and completely unprofessional! He lied about being a licensed architect on multiple occasions.
No client ever by the name of Clover Joes. Post a copy of the imaginary rejection. People with legitimate complaints don't use ficticous names or email addresses. Only people who wish to hide and avoid action being talen against them for slander and face damages do such things. Its a shame that people try to get over and then when they can't they resort to running to nonsense third party sites to rant. One must ask yourself why not take some sort of legal action or take your complain to a reputable complain and review board/ site such as the Better Business Bureau? HERES WHY: THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND GOV'T AGENCIES SUCH AS THE CIVIL COURT SYSTEM ACTUALLY REQUIRE SOME SORT OF PROOF AND THEN GIVE THE ACCUSED THE OPPORTUNITY ALSO FURNISH PROOF THAT THE SERVICES THAT THEY WERE PAID FOR WERE IN FACT RENDERED. THOS WHO DONT HAVE PROOF OR A LEGITIMATE CLAIMS END UP ON SITES SUCH AS THIS! This site totally allows attachments so lets see some.
