Fraud Alert
This is the latest swindle and has already effected innumerable innocent people.
This scam is spreading like a brush fire as one can see on the Internet. Check celebwhiteteethshop.com, or Premium White, Cleanwhite, Accesscleans, Teethwhite

We received this shipment and immediately returned it unopened
to the sender because it was delivered from an unknown firm
(Healthclns had been changed to Accesscleans)

BofA's November 2009 Statement with closing date of 11/24/09 included:

12-14-09 We paid with check #490 in the amount of $149.03 of which $57.34
were charges from Cleanwhite
12-22-09 My wife called BofA, spoke with Donald, who promised to issue
credit of $48.97 (confirmation # DZW998900498403) ($7.94
our responsibility ?) in the next statement.
12-23-09 We received three more shipments, which I returned the same day
unopened addressed to Cleanwhites, 300 NE 62nd St. Miami,
FL 33138 (see USPS receipt).
12-28-09 My wife followed up with BofA and was told to wait 30 days for
credit to be issued.

BofA's December 2009 Statement with closing date 12-25-09 included the items we'd never ordered but received and returned on 12/23:

BofA January 2010 Statement with the closing date of 01/26/10 included anoyher item I'd never ordered:
SUP WOLDFIT [protected] 12/26 12/25 1162 $24.13
e286740163d4c790

Although we'd complained to "Cleanwhites", contacted BofA that this Operation seems to be a scam, the shipments continued. My wife who has severe Parkinson's Disease and broke her hip on 12/30/09, had surgery and thereafter four weeks rehab, got very upset about this entire matter, and is suffering unnecessarily during this whole ordeal.

We finally got a cancellation number 228883 for SUP WORLDFIT and on January 2nd four similar emails from "[protected]@cleanwhites.com":
"Thank you for using Cleanwhites!
We have received your cancellation and you will no longer receive shipments from us. There is no reason to return your products or take further action; your cancellation is now complete.
Please enjoy your remaining supply of Cleanwhites and we hope to one day earn your business again.
Best,
Cleanwhites Customer Service"

I have contacted BofA accordingly and reported the invalid charges in the amount of $545.84.
Please make the necessary corrections immediately.
Thank you
Helmut Krueger"

We have never received a reply from "Cleanwhites", "Accesscleans", "Teethwhite", "Premium White" or whatever new name they have now invented to continue with their scam. The employees are also guilty of fraud because they knowingly participate in this swindle operation!

When we called the Dispute Department of BofA we were very surprised about the response of Mr. Anthony Tester and his colleagues: They referred to the small print on advertising of the trial offer page, which is supposed to state that we should have cancelled our "test trial" within 14 days to avoid further charges. I have checked all documents and can confirm that there is no such cancellation notice.

Checking the Internet you will notice that the "Cleanwhite" website states, "We are no longer taking new orders. We will continue to service [?] our existing customers.
Coastplaza Trading Ltd Office 20, 6 Ioanni Stylianou Nicosia 2003 CYP". Note: Google at

I also noticed that we are not the only "customers" who have been ripped off by these swindlers. I have never seen so many complaints on the Internet from people who have tried Cleanwhites, Teethwhite, etc.

How can this go on and on? Isn't there anyone who will stop this grand scam operation?

We can ill afford to lose $550 for services we have not ordered or used after receiving this trash, and these thieves get away with their fraudulent activities.

Can no one help? Please do something. Thank you.

Helmut Krueger

These are the most despicable people I have ever had the misfortune of coming in contact with!
They take your money once they get your credit card to get a "free sample" of their product. Then they use that to steal 74.99 from your bank account! I have gotten very nasty with them and they just keep giving me the run around. These guys are bad news.

I dont understand, i was scared to try the 14-day trial, these complaints out weigh the good ones. I tried the product it wasnt for me... but i did not have any problem cancelling. I actually did it online, got my return label and shipped it within the 10 day window... I have not been charged ever since :)

Cleanwhites Took money from my credit card twice (119.02 USD each time) for a free sample which does not even work

I ordered the cleanwhites, thinking it was a bonifide product. It was a free sample of two kinds. Something like cleaning and polishing. Instead I get twicw the same product.. "Cleanwhites Professional Strength Teeth Whitening System" - having a picture of beautiful Miss Carmen Electra on the front and back of the packaging- and then after four days 119.02 USD (twice the same amount) was drawn out of my VISA card on 4th February 2010.

I phoned my VISA card supplier, but only paperwork is sent to me to fill in. They also told me it was a scam.
I cancelled my card, another one is sent to me. What a pity, I thought that the internet was more secure than that ! Companies should be checked before allowed to trade... Well how stupid of me to think like that. I will think again if I have to buy anything via the Internet again. I BELIEVE THAT SCAMS LIKE THIS WILL DESTROY THE INTERNET INDUSTRY. NO TRUST IN IT ANYMORE. PITY... PITY..

Cleanwhites shaddy business practices

I found a testimonial on a well respected web site claiming that this product along with "smilewhitespro" would whiten a persons teath. No where was there a mention that a customer would be commiting to a subscription service for additional product at a cost of: $86.52 + $5.95 shipping for one product and $79.95 + $5.95 shipping for the other. The samples arrived while I was away from home for the holidays. The 14 day trial offer (starting on the date ordered) expired before I got the packages. Now they will be sending me this stuff that I do not want. I have not opened the trial products. I just want out of this mess and NOT have any more charged to my credit card. At no time was I made aware that I had signed up for a "Delivery Rewards Program" that commits to ongoing purchases of these two products! Can anybody help me get out of this mess?

Cleanwhites Unautorized charges

I ORDERED A FREE TRIAL OF CLEAN WHITES DENTAL WHITENING KIT WHICH COST .99 SHIPPING.
AFTER RECEIVING THE KIT THE ORDER RECEIPT STATED THAT I HAD A 14 DAY RISK-FREE TRIAL. THE DATE ON THE RECEIPT FOR THE EXPIRATION OF THE TRIAL WAS ALREADY DOWN TO 9 DAYS. IT ALSO STATED THAT I WOULD BE BILLED MONTHLY A TOTAL OF 85.90 FOR ENROLLMENT IN THE REWARDS PROGRAM. TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP I HAD TO VISIT THEIR WEBSITE AND REQUEST A RETURN UPS LABEL. I DID SO IMMEDIATELY. I WAS THEN BILLED 6.99 TO MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE LABEL. AFTER CALLING THEM PERSONALLY AND INQUIRING ABOUT THE CHARGE THEY SAID THAT WAS THEIR POLICY AND I HAD TO USE THEIR LABEL. I RETURNED THE PRODUCT. TWO DAYS LATER I WAS BILLED 87.62. THIS IS THE WORST SCAM I'VE EVER BEEN DUPED INTO BY AOL. IF NECESSAY I WILL CONSULT A LAWYER TO PUT PRESSURE ON THESE CRIMINALS.

Free trial of this product turned into $159.90 in unauthorized charges on my bank card.

Advice to other victims of this internet scam:

1. Go to your bank and have them call Cleanwhites @ 877.409.4406.
2. Get the name of the person answering for Cleanwhites.
3. Threaten to file a complaint with Florida State Attorney General.
4. Demand the account be canceled.
5. Demand a full refund.
6. Demand a due date for the refund credit to your card.
7. Block Cleanwhites from further charges to your bank card.
8. And/or: cancel your bank card / open another account.

Good luck, Graham

Cleanwhites hidden charges/unauthorized charges

I was charged $79.95 for my 'trial' shipment of Cleanwhites that I did not agree to purchase. The letter that accompanied the trial kit says that the trial period ends on 11/10/09. I did call to cancel my account on 11/10/09, however, the customer service rep (I believe her name was Iris) told me that the trial ended 11/09/09 and was the last day to cancel my account. We argued about what the letter said and when the trial was over. The rep told me she could not refund my $79.95 since it was too late to do so, since the trial period was over. I asked to speak to a supervisor but she said supervisors do not take calls. After many repeated requests to speak with a supervisor, Iris put me on hold. After about 15 minutes, I spoke with a supervisor who told the same story as Iris and refused to reverse the $79.95 charge. When I asked, the supervisor did not know who owned the company. He told me to write a letter to the company and it would be given to the owner of the company. The total time of this phone call was 59 minutes 48 seconds. I also called my bank to dispute the charge. The bank canceled my debit card so the company cannot charge any other unauthorized charges.

Cleanwhites cancelled and still be charged for product and have not even receeived product

How stupid was I? Belived the ad on my computer AOL website.
Free trial for only $1.95. I didn't read the fine print tand I had just signed up for the Delivery Rewards Program! I called and cancelled the order and received from them a cancellation number along with a UPS label they sent in the mail to return the product, which I did. In looking at a current credit card statement they have now charged me with TWO, not one %79.95 charges on my within a week of each other and I have not received any product. What a bogus croaked company.
Since it is Sunday night, I will call this ### company tomorrow, call my bank and work on getting a story about them the local TV station I work with. Maybe we can stop them from ripping someone else off!

BIG Scam! Nothing in the initial sign-up tells you that you will pay anything beyond the small shipping and handling fee. They give you 14 days to cancel - and I hadn't even looked at any of the paperwork or opened the product until now...4 days past my 14 day period to cancel. I called Cleanwhites and they said it is non-refundable and they would not budge. So now I am dealing with my bank on disputing the charge. $79.95 is a lot compared to the less than $3 I first paid (and the only one I planned on). This company totally scams customers into this - do not go for it!

Cleanwhites Fraud

A complete scam. They send the product then charge you 79. 95 before the end of the trial period which is hidden in the small print that the free trial is not a free trial at all. Then you are automatically enrolled in other scams according to the small obscure agreements, by then it is too late as they have your credit card number and your pretty much screwed. Thank god I used a Walmart debit card and they didn't approve the transaction as it was above my balance. Cancelled card and returned product but they still got me for another company for 6. 95. Msn website was where I found it and they should remove this scam. I will be reporting to state attorney generals office in Florida but this should also be a federal crime as they use the post office to further their fraudulent scam.

I too have been subject to scam by Clean Whites and Everbright Smiles through misleading advertising. So far Everbright have billed me £153.61 and Clean Whites £78.51. I believed the products to be a 'free' trial and thought i was receiving a trial size of the product. I did not realise I had suscribed too the Company and authorised monthly payments to be made. I have contacted my bank who have said they will dispute both transactions - however having now read the terms and conditions I do not expect my bank to recover either amounts. My bank have also advised me that in order to cancel each transaction i must contact the companies direct. I have managed to cancel my order with Clean Whites but am unable to find an existing contact for Everbright Smiles and have posted a seperate posting for that company. I was under the impression i would be charged £3.95 not £78.61 - the advertising for this product is very misleading and should be illegal. It is very difficult to get support in trying to resolve this situation as the Company are not UK based so are outwith UK Trading Standards. My bank are disputing both transactions but i dont hold much hope in recovering my money. However i feel i cannot let this go and be ripped off when i can ill afford it. Can't believe I was stupid enough to fall for such a scam. HUGE lesson learned.

I have attempted to cancel an order with 'Cleanwhites' on several occasions over the last week. Their auto-answer tape is virtually inaudible. They do not have an easily found e-mail url and their website only gives details for sales NOT complaints or cancelations.
