Champion Complaints & Reviews

ChampionInstallers didn't clean up, Mgr gave me a hard time.

At first I very impressed with the salesman, but I should have realized that is what he
does.He asked his manager, if they make custom windows. They said yes, only to find out later, they didn't. They came to measure the windows. It took 3 1/2 weeks to order. The man who does the measuring Steve was professional. The owner calls me to have Steve re-measure the windows because instead of Champion windows they have to get me Anderson windows. I said Don't you have competent workers? Are you saying you don't trust your worker. The installers came and didn't put a drop cloth on floor, . they were in a hurry to leave and didn't clean my windows. I'm so disappointed in my choice of company. The salesman promised to get me some window glass
cleaner for a year. I'm still waiting. No one did a follow up call.I would not recommend
this company.
