CGBillingComWorldnet review: Took money from my account and did not forward information to the united states passport renewal department.

August 18, 2020, CGBILLINGCOMWorldnet took $39.00 U.S. dollars out of my bank account as a debit transaction and again on August 19, 2020 they took another .35 cents as a fee. This was for my passport renewal. The U.S. Department that handles passports never received the information from them
to renew my passport and it is now January 19, 2021 and I have not gotten my passport. The U.S. Department that handles passports has no record of this information being sent and their representative knew of these problems and the company that was at fault.

Desired outcome: Either place the money back in my account with interest, or see to it that my application fee is applied and the proper information is sent to the U.S. Department of Passport Renewal.
