Carnival Imagination I want a refund my girlfriend didn't have her birth certificate

Hi my name is Alejandro alvarez and had suppose to aboard the ship carnival imagination booking number 2 FJB44... 4-12-18 and i couldnt cause my girlfriend didnt have her passport or birth certificate... this would been our first experience on a cruise... can i please get a refund or get the credit for a future trip? Please help me i save for 3 months for this trip... [protected]

Carnival Imagination HORRIBLE SERVICE

WORST SERVICE EVER!@!
Automatically put tips on room account to be treated horribly by room steward.
Bar Service was a joke. Drinks watered down, wrong drinks brought to you and waiters beggin not to send back so they don't have to pay for it out of pocket.
Assit. waiter sick at dinner, cought and sneezing as he is serving my food. I told him to take the night off, and his response, he was not allowed. Ruined my dinner.
Never again on Carnival!

I wouldn’t worry about the coughing I am sure people have been spitting and worse in your food for years. All cruise lines automatically put tips on the bill. It is for cheap ### like yourself who had a problem with a waiter and is going to take it out on the steward and everyone else. One of the reasons they water down the drinks is drunk ###s like yourself who feel their only mission is to get plastered and ruin every other guest’s trip. I have been on the Imagination it’s an old boat but never had a problem with the service.
