Panic button worked when technician fitted it. After testing it four days later it was not working. The service I received from customer care was a disgrace I was put through to an agent and told that an email would be sent to whoever deals with the problem seven phone calls later I was still being told the same story the only difference was three times I was told I was being put through to a number that never answered on the [protected] I was contacted by a person who said he would attend to the problem the following day but as usual he was a no show I dont think that car tracker realises the severity of being in a situation where a panic button is pushed but is not working due to the no care attitude by car tracker
