Camella Nueva Ecija review: Construction of Greta Unit is not as agreed in the contract

We purchased a single detached Greta Unit in Camella Nueva Ecija Phase 3. The payment was settled in Sep2019. We received picture of the semi constructed house in Oct2020 which is attached to the next unit. We made a complaint since we purchased a single detached. As per the contract, a single detached has needs to be in no way attached to any other property unless it is alao mine. We have not received any resolution even after countless emails and calls. Everytime we call and follow up, we are told the complaint ia with the "Higher Management".

2. They are asking us to accept the house they build which is not what we agrees.
