No support and it was real waste of time and money
I bought anti-virus from the company Caddle Business Solutions. I wasn’t sure, but I thought that I got wrong anti-virus, ‘coz it worked slowly and each time I had some problems with it .I tried to reach the support team, but all its agents were unavailable all the time. I decided to post my review in order to warn other people. Please, stay away from them or you will lose money and time.
Didn't get what I paid for
I signed up a annual subscription from Caddle Business Solutions and paid them $199 for this service. At first they were extremely helpful and helped me out with several problems but soon after that they stopped responding to my emails and I wasn’t getting any service anymore. I still didn’t get any refund from them because I wasn’t able to get in touch with the company. This is not a way to treat customers.
