I will never buy there products again
This is a very disreputable website. All I wanted was a fix it scratch repair pen for $9.95. They charge another $9.95 for shipping and handling and then they add on a vacuum that I didn't want for another $12.95. I tried to cancel the order but couldn't find a customer service number or address. After reading reviews that the product is does not work I had to go to Simoniz.com to get an e-mail address to cancel. I still don't know if it will be cancelled. Don't buy from this company and don't deal with this website. Once you get on it is very difficult to get off. I can't believe they allow this kind of thing to operate. I thought Simoniz was a good company. I will never buy there products again.
Don't buy it
Website ordering is very misleading and confusing. I didn't want the vacuum but accidentally ordered it. I immediately followed their posted procedures to cancel it, but it was sent to me anyway. When I phoned customer service to discuss this, they said there would be no refund for the vacuum because it was "Free" and all I paid was shipping of $12.95. They were rude and unhelpful. The actual Fix it Kit is really cheap and tiny. What an incredible rip off!

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
After following all of the online directions for ordering, I was charged for the Turbo Vac which I did not order. Actually, they do not charge you for the Vac but $14.95 for the shipping! (same thing to me) You cannot reach anyone directly at customer service to cancel or change your order, so I emailed them. It will be interesting to see if they heed my instructions to cancel the order.
After I ordered then I read ur complained >So I tried to find their phone # [protected] from Simoniz comp. to cancel my order .So if u want to cancel ur order, u can call the phone # above.

I wish I had not ordered this product. Not only does the product not work, the site from which you order keeps offering product after product. I clicked no on all of them and still got the vacuum and an appliance scratch "fixer", DESPITE CLICKING NO ON ANY/ALL. The last screen you see when you order does not include the "BOTTOM LINE" SO YOU HAVE NO IDEA OF THE COST. I returned ALL the products and had to pay for the shipping...they only wanted to refund the $19.95 but persistence got the full amount purchased credited to my account. I am out the cost of return shipping but learned a valuable lesson. NO PURCHASING OF ANYTHING ON TV WITHOUT INVESTIGATING FURTHER. SUCH DECEPTION AND DISHONESTY!

Saw ad on television and wanted to try the product because of a few noticable marks on my truck. But something told me, "read the reviews before purchashing it." After reading the above product reviews on this SIMONIZ product, I doubt it if I will ever buy a product from them. EVER! I would just just like to thank you all for your true and unbias views. THANK YOU

Just saved my money
WELL I AM SURPRISED, ALL THESE FEEDS I HAVE READ AND I HAVE NOT HAD ANY
PROBLEMS WITH ANY ORDERS FROM T.V SHOPPING, AND I HAVE HAD SEVERAL THINGS OVER THE YEARS, ALSO JUST BOUGHT THE FIX IT PRO ON LINE WITH REDSAVE.COM-
IT CAME TODAY 08/09/2010 - AND I USED IT ON SEVERAL SCRATCHES ON MY
VEHICLE AND I AM TRULY AMAZED WITH IT, MY GUESS IS- THAT SOME OF YOU OUT THERE ARE NOT FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS PROPERLY. I FIND IT DOES WHAT IS SAYS ON THE TIN "SO TO SPEAK"- IF YOU HAVE RUST SHOWING UP UNDERNEATH- THEN FAIR ENOUGH- IT WONT DO THE JOB THERE HAS TO BE PRIMER THERE FOR THE RESINS TO SIT ON. ALSO IF THE SCRATCH IS TOO DEEP YOU HAVE TO REFILL IT, AND IF IT'S TOO WIDE THE HARDER THE PROB'S

Thank you for your input. Someone keyed my Honda Accord and now it is beginning to rust. I thought this would help but it sounds like a horrible bandaid gone wrong. Maybe I will go to the dealership and match the color.
I am one of the customers that was stupid to order this fixit. I wish I read this comments first. You see, I didn't order the vacuum because I don't need but it was included in the order. It's true it is free but I payed for the shipping. I called their 18oo number but there was no customer service to help you. It's a ripped off!
