Booked at Ocean Beach Club Resort in Virginia from 11/25/2016 to 11/29/2016
Upon arrival in waited and hour to get a room. The room was okay not worth 4800 points for 4 nights. Bathroom was dirty needed maintenance. See attached photos.
Upon my return it contacted my representative in Williamsburg Virginia, which at this point nothing hashort been settled. I do have more issues regarding diamond. But will list them if I don't here from someone soon. I will get into details when I file a complaint with the Better business Bureau.

I would like to make a complaint against the PNB Europe (Plc) in London Branch. I am so disappointed with their poor services and how they handle their clients. They are sometimes rude as the would make u feel little over whatever your transaction with them specially the head office officer which make the PNB look so inadiquate in service to their client due to this kind of people working with you. They never do your transactions on time and lie that they didn't got your email for the transaction notice to them which they dont have an online banking. I hope the Head office in Manila will do investigate you staff in PNB london brannch of how they deal their clients and do services poorly that affect PNB so bad. This kind of people should not be in this kind of job, trying to project that they good enough to their job, but never been !!! Your clients should comes first and not this kind of fool officers and staff. So disaapointing to this filipino worker of PNB head London Branch to be like tis to their clients. Please you can do something about it.they are lazy liers, lazy liers, lazy liers!!!and poor services.Thank you...
