Builders Warehouse - Vosloorus review: Refund for out of stock online shopping

* they had the product available online, even say 5 on stock
* I bought the door, made payment on the 21st January 2021
* They called to say it's out of stock and can only access my refund after 11 days.
* I spent airtime calling builders warehouse for my refund and 2 trips to the shop for refund... Insane
There is a reason for online shopping, what is the use of the service if your information is not accurate and I still have to go to the shop for refund.
