poor sales ethics
Dealership would NOT follow through with promises of taking care of vehicle if problems arise. sold me a defunct extended warranty, be careful buying cars from this dealer... especially if you live out of state... they will take advantage of the fact that you are not local.
general Manager: Paul = completely unhelpful, Sales Manager: Brad Atwood: completely unhelpful. They figured, they got their money, why go out of their way to satisfy a customer. Bradley Chevrolet is definitely NOT an after purchase concern dealership.
sales manger will lie to get your business, general manager practices deceptive business standards. This dealership in Lake havasu City Arizona is where the stereo typical snake in the grass car sales reputation comes from

sold me a warranty that was supposed to be " very generous" covered major parts, etc... etc.. first time I tried to use it for a faulty computer on the car that disabled it, they found a loop hole to get out of paying ! stuck me with a $1, 000 repair bill
