Bodylab whole service

Two years back I joined bodylab, only went once to gym, so thought since I haven't been using it, it was gonna get cancelled but hey, turns out I am owing R4500 something now and it keeps on increasing. Ayyyy shame ni wrong bodylab.
I will make sure that I pay your money as I soon as I get a job of my profession and den make you pay.
I have started send emails to people I know letting them know how you ruined my life.
M sure in the next two years the government will shut you down.

Bodylab contracts

I was stopped by a guy in Germiston telling me about Bodylab Gym and the products that they have. I told the guy that I am not interested. if I am interested I would come to the gym. he then asked for my details explaining or telling me about a free month gym promotion that body lab was promoting at the time( April), I then completed the forms with him, I advised the agent that If I am interested, I will come to the gym and they can proceed with my application. I asked him if there are any cancellation fee if I am no longer interested and he advised me that there are no cancellation fee I can just call or go to the branch to cancel.

Now I get an sms to say I owe body lab money and the is debit that went off my account of which I rejected as I am not going to pay for something that I don't user. they can check their records, cameras and they will see that I have never attended the gym ever in my life time.

I called the head office in Pretoria on the 26.05.17 I then spoke to a lady by the name if prudence who was rude to me on the phone, when I asked for the CEO email address and contact details or her manager's details, she then hanged up on me.

I called the branch in Germiston then spoke to Gladys as the manager was not -answering his phone, she was also rude telling me that I should not go around being stopped by people on the street and listening to them.

what I don't understand is that how does Bodylab send unqualified sales people on the street to rob people, how many people in South Africa have been robbed by body lab.

I would like for this issue to get into the ears of the CEO of bodylab and the whole of south Africa. I am not going to pay for cancellation fee.

Bodylab contract I never signed

I received a call from Bennet and Associates stating that I owe Bodylad for a gym contract. I never signed a contarct with Bodylab, however I did go to bodylad in 2003/4 to enquire about their services. The consultant who was expalining the details to me then asked for my details and we agreed that when I am ready, I will come to sign the contract which I never did. They never called me to ensure if I was still interested or enquire about the card, they never gave me and now they are sending me debt collectors to demand payment from me. Please help me stop these people from harrassment and frauding other people who might not have a clue of this operation. Patience Leine

Did you ever find the solution to your problems? because i have the same problem now and they are even threatening me with law suits.
