BlueBiggy review: Consumer purchase

These guys advertise online - targeting users on Instagram and Facebook. They look legit but once you order the donut dog beds, and they process your payment the goods never get delivered. Once you start of follow up with them they make token gestures at responding and tell you that there's been a hitch in production and the goods which were guarenteed to arrived within 10-25 days now will take 40+ days. They then stop communicating with you altogether. And there is no recourse as they only have an email address and not other contact details. They need to be stopped and held to account.
