On 3rd March 2016 I had bought a Bajaj OtG TM 2200 from Vijay Sales, Goregaon west.
I firat baked a cake in it in May 2016. I realised then that the temperature was too hot.
The technician came and fidgeted with it.
Thereafter, the temperature was too low.
After another complaint, another technician came and fidgeted with it. However, it still remains under heated.
I have lodged numerous complaints ever since.
I contacted the Vijay sales team as well. Even the complaint that they lodged has not been attended to.
Each time they found, the complaint was closed without being attended to. Without the twchnician coming home, I recieved messages saying the issues were resolved.
The product is still under warranty.

I had registered a complaint with the co for repair or replacement of the wet grinding jar of our bajaj typhoon mixer grinder on the 10th of dec 2013. The jar was faulty n the company representative who visited n checked the same promised replacement of the jar within 4-5 working days. in spite of continuous follow up with the service centre in pune n the customer care centre in mumbai there has been no response and the issue still is not resolved. The consumer complaint no is 3679498 placed by Mrs. Ashwini Kale.REquesting you to kindly take action against the concerned people. The consumer durable is small n not very expensive does mean the company deprives the customer of their services.
