Asknet Solutions AG review: Unauthorized subscription 1

Asknet Solutions AG has withdrawn from my account 47.09 GBP for some subscription, I am not able to contact them and find out what kind of subscription it is to be able to cancel it so as not to be charged in the future. I suspect some IObit product but I'm not sure. I feel helpless and fear it will happen again.
I also tried to write to IObit but I did not receive any answer, any advice I found on the internet to solve the problem does not work is very complicated on purpose. This is unfortunately a legal scam.
I also contacted my bank to stop this transaction, which was still Pending, but unfortunately they couldn't help me, I didn't get any help from Paypal either.
