Amerifed Doc Prep review: Student loan debt

They were paid by me close to 1,500 to care of my student loan. I have seen nothing done with my student loan. Recently harassing me to get a green dot card because they no longer accepted metabank. I still have copies of signed paperwork on my phone. But do you think you can print it. No. So even if I tried to cancel it would be an act of congress. I dont know what you people a pulling but I want my money back. Oh yeah $39 dollars for 30 years after that down payment. I want that money to go towards my student loan, not in someone's pocket.
