Allianz Global Assistance Insurance Co. review: Trip # 336-155-253-45

We always use Priceline for our travels. Recently we had to cancel out hotel and our flight due to the onset of Covid-19. We did receive a refund/credit from our hotel reservation booked thru Priceline. We always take the travel insurance that is offered. When I called Allianz Global Insurance, they denied us a refund.
We are very disappointed and probably consider another alternative to book another flight and room. Thank you Vanessa J. Woodard [protected]
