Abans PLC review: Refrigerator model lgrf412rlcnshs / serial no jum8902prup034510lk. Not cooling properly

I complain to Abans Mr Barth (after sales) on 2nd of this month and they inspected on 10th and confirm Temperature control has to be replace, and replacing charges Rs 13000/. (70 USD). I brought this on 02 may 2019 and I wonder just after one year how it happen because we think srilanka number one brand is lg.com-pair to other brands price also high. I asked how it happen but up to date no answer. After several reminders and discussion they gave discount Rs 2300/ (12 USD). After that due to Covid situation I paid Rs 10700/ (58 USD) and they replace new DAC MALTY and now it ok.
I think this is premature failure of the dac malty product.
Hence pl replace Free of charge and return what I paid.
