Retention — vf mobile line
Many customer service calls, from a team called "Retention" team who are behaving as no retention at all.
Two complaints till now with VF Egypt; 1-[protected] and 1-[protected].
According to both complaint and many calls with customer service, the retention team called me to resolve the issue of providing me the deal offered over phone in a call during Oct. 2018.
After that another girl called "Suzy" told me no worry, go to the shop, apply a new request, pay EGP 235 and everything will be ok.
After I did, she disappeared, no single follow up.
The very bad thing is that she checked my complaints as they has been resolved. I don't know how.
My request is to get the offer through either my line that has been transferred to Etisalate as they said that it will be possible to do.
Or to another line, which is +[protected]
I need your support following up the case until a trusted team from VF see that I got my offer. Otherwise, your Egypt VF team are laying and caused very bad issues to me.
