I have a reservation confirmation number and they state they cannot locate it. I cannot get service from them. Their phone service states over an hour wait to speak with a representative

Desired outcome: I want my reservation found and canceled. I choose an option of room with free cancellation with small up charge fee and on my print receipt it states , non refundable.

ReservationDesk.com Undisclosed 3rd party service fees

On May 24th, 2021 I called Holiday Inn express toll free number to make a reservation for May 25th at their Pensacola NAS hotel. Don't know how but some how got redirected to "Reservation Desk" company/number. The man who I spoke with on the phone did not mention to me that he was not with Holiday Inn Express Reservations, he gave me a quote of a total of $181.41 for the May 25th. check in. He definitely did not mention that he was going to book my room with Priceline whom in fact charged me an additional service fee of $59.85. This man did not mention that he was using Priceline or any other 3rd party, I had no Idea until Reservation Desk sent me my check out bill via email the next day 26th. I called them right away and asked them why I had a total bill of $255.89. they told me it was because they used Priceline, which I had no idea they did that. I have emailed these people several times and each time they respond back they say that I need to call the hotel directly to get those additional fees credited back to me. I called Holiday Inn Express in Pensacola like they said to do and the clerk told me that they didn't charge me anything themselves, that I booked through a 3rd party, therefore they are the ones who charged me the amount they felt like charging me, that they could not do anything about it.
I emailed Reservations Desk again to inform them what the hotel had said. They refuse to do anything about it. So I called Priceline and asked them to credit me, spoke with their manager Andrea on 6/1/21 at 11:25 am, she said that the Reservation Desk clerk that made my reservation should of disclosed to me that he was booking my room with them and that there were going to be additional fees on top of my $181.41, the additional $59.49 that Priceline charged me is outrageous and ridiculous and totally unacceptable. Reservation Desk has refunded me the $14.99 that they additional charged me behind my back for their fee, but has done nothing to get my Priceline fee of $59.49 refunded back to me. This company is a fraud and should be put out of business for unethical practices. I asked Reservation Desk for a copy of the audio recording from May 24th, and they said they could not give that to me, of course they cant, because the rep did not mention that he was a 3rd party. [protected]. I did some research myself and their seems to be numerous complaints about this business ripping the consumers off with all their additional fees they are charging through 3rd party hotel companies.

We cannot process any refund from our side since there was no error. Please contact the hotel directly and ask for an approval for your refund and if they are willing to refund your reservation, please reply to this email with the name and position of the employee who gave the approval and with that information, we will send it over to our provider so they can make the decision if they can refund your reservation but I do not guarantee any refund that will be process because that is up to the hotel and our provider. Thank you

ReservationDesk.com unethical behaviour

After booking a 2 night stay through what I thought was the hotels reservation service I received my confirmation email from reservationdesk.com. There was $157.13 charge for taxes and fee in addition to a separate service fee of $14.99. I know the taxes were $28.00 from pricing on other booking services. After realizing I was being ripped off I immediately canceled. I was notified that refunds take 8 to 10 business day even though I was charged immediately when I booked. Do not use this their website do not even look at their website and tell everyone you know to steer clear of them. You can tell everything about this company by the 58 complaints and 0 resolutions.

ReservationDesk.com Deceiving practices

When attempting to reserve a hotel room I was redirected to their site. Fine .. I have booked thru 3rd parties before. But they intentionally show a much lower room rate and add a substantial amount to the taxes and fees. The fees are in excess of 40% while that county's fees are 15. 5%. Plus they charge a $14.99 service fee. There is no savings booking thru them. I called their number and they had no explanation other than to say the bottom line price was essentially the same as if I used other sites. I prefer not to deal with companies that prefer to practice deceptive selling practices.

ReservationDesk.com A reservation that was canceled

My family an I made reservations to stay at the hampton inn in merriville indiana to check in on april 4 2021 for a 2 night stay we arrived well before check in time only to find out our reservations had been canceled by the hotel this put us in an akward position having to scramble to find lodging on a holiday weekend

ReservationDesk.com Booking and Cancelations

It took 2 days to get the phone call through to make a reservation, I was told when I made the reservation that they had an issue with their lines. Upon attempting to cancel the reservation again, The phone just rang. I called the Corporate office "Wyndham" but since I called a number not straight at the hotel I was informed to call the original number back again, for they would not be able to make a cancelation for us. I called back again and finally got someone to answer and of course when I spoke with Roger the supervisor he denied that they did not have any issue with their phones. The reason for our cancelation was that my spouse was scheduled for Medical proceedures in the middle of our trip. I think this is a trick by them to make money on their part for "If they don't answer their phones you can't cancel". We lost $391.00. Guess they will have a party now. I will never book a Wyndham room again. Again do not make reservation through "Reservationdesk.com" they could care less. Call straight to the Hotel.

ReservationDesk.com Misleading Marriott Hotel Booking

If you type Marriott, the SEO selects reservation desk. com. If you are not paying attention, you won't know it's not Marriott. I asked them to check if my reward points were listed for Marriott and they said yes and to confirm when I checked in. I called Marriott to confirm the reservation, and while I had a room, they refused to acknowledge points since reservation desk is a third party. marriott advised me to cancel the reservation and rebook through Marriott. I called to cancel and reservation desk would not allow me to.

This is a crime and this website and business should be prosecuted. I am in the process of doing just that. If anyone else is doing this, I would like to hear about your progress. I will be contacting an attorney today.

ReservationDesk.com resevation

I reserved I room for Sun Jan 31. R2265352145 was my #.
I call Sat Jan 30th @ around 5pm to cancel Sun Jan 31th and was told I was TOO LATE to cancel 24hrs ahead.
I paid extra for this service so I could cancel due to weather/delays.
When I called 24hrs ahead they inform me I am TOO LATE.
I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!
I will post what a RIPOFF this is.

ReservationDesk.com Pretending to be hotel resort in destin

I called a Toll free number on Hilton Hotel Resort in Destin and Thought I was talking to the Hotel and They made the wrong Reservation for me at the wrong Hotel and Now I can't get my money back to book My vaaction. I googled this Scam company and They I see similar incidents have hapopens to hundreds of people. Fast talkers Pretending to Represent the Hotel Property.

I know you don't care, al you care about is stealing money from people. I reserved the same room I saw on booking.com, it said 370 for 3 nights, when I click I get your phone number, I called and you charged me 520 for the same room advertised 370. When I called to complaint you said there is nothing you can do, not even a discount on next reservation. I hope you will buy medicine for yourself and family with the money you are stealing. What goes around comes around, no matter what is your religion, you will pay for it. When it's Haram money you end up spending it on death and illnesses in your family. Burn in hell.

ReservationDesk.com Failed to refund payment when I cancelled reservation

Made reservation for springhills suites by marriott panama city. As I was traveling I call to cancel reservation and cancelled. Have been charged $1,245.84 for not cancelling per their representative.

Call springhill Suites by Marriott Panama City and cancelled the above reservation. Front Desk confirmed I canceled reservation
Then booked the reservation for Marriottat Navarre BeACH
I have paid for both. Same dates for both reservations.
I can not get a refund or credit for my reservation at Panama City? Talked with mr. King at the front desk at panama city on feb 3 2021 - he confirm I called and cancelled the reservation. 850 230 6004.
My credit card was just recharged for $1245.84. For services or stay at Marriott which I never received and never stay at. When I booked this reservation I believed I was booking directly with marriott, it appears I was booking reservation desk? Do not know who is reservation desk for marriott. Help help

I called to book a room on 2-15-21 thought I was talking to the Days inn motel in Odessa Texas. We had been without power for over 10 hours and I asked the guy several times does the motel currently have power. It was 0 degrees here for 2 days the guy on the other end assured me the motel had power. 5 minutes after I hung up with him my wife went to check in and the motel hadn't had power for about the same time we didn't at home. I called back to your reservation desk and get told sorry we have a no cancellation policy and we will not refund your money. I've also Contacted the motel direct and informed the manager of how your services are. Today I received a email stating that I would not be getting my money back I cannot believe that your company does people this way my family and I was in dire need of a warm room and your company took advantage of that.

I called the tollfree number for Marriott and talked with service agent from Reservation Desk.He told me the reservation was refundable yet I found $14.99 on my credit card for service fee that I was unaware of. Please remove this charge. This was not clearly disclosed. On 2/17/21 I called [protected] to speak with Marriott Reservations. It was the Reservation Desk not Marriot International. They did not disclose fees. I was charged $14.99 for nonrefundable service fee to make reservation. Please refund this service fee. This is the email I received on 2/17/21 from Reservation Desk.

I purchased a trip last year to Las Vegas but had to cancel and I canceled on 12/15/2020. The card that I used was closed on 12/2/2020 so the refund never went to the account. I have called several times trying to get them to to refund my money to another card but they insist that they cant do that. So my money is still with them but they are refusing to refund me in the manner to which I can receive it. The amount in 240.79. I been dealing with this since 12/15 and enough is enough I want them to accept my current bank information so I can get my money

Complete fraud... Fast talking agents trying to get you cc number as fast as they can and pretending to be an agent of the hotel! Do not be tricked... My mistake being in a rush at work and took the first google hit on my hotel... My booking was $100 more plus a $12.99 booking fee to boot... I specifically asked if I could cancel... The answer was yes of course... Except when I tried 2 days later the answer was, 'yes you can cancel but you cant get your money back'... Which is a fun play on the original question... Escalate the matter? They did of course... 'they' listened to the tapes and I apparently agreed to the no refund policy I was quoted... I can assure you I was not quoted anything after I asked "I can cancel this right" and told "yes sir up to 24 hours in advance" they even suggested they called my hotel and they refused my cancellation request... Except I called my hotel before and they warned me they would say this and that this happens all the time... Yeah according to this site I can cancel anytime, you just wont get ur money back... This company is a total fraud... Contact me for the email that you will receive when you try to cancel... Scam scam scam...

ReservationDesk.com Hotel reservation

On February 2, 2020, I made a reservation on the Country Inn & Suites website for a stay from September 4, 2020 to September 7, 2020. When the reservation was complete I received a confirmation from Reservation Desk.com which I believed was associated with Country Inn & Suites. On August 20, 2020, I called Country Inn & Suites to change the reservation to September, 11 2020 to September 14, 2020. I was told that would normally be fine but since I made the reservation with Reservation Desk.com I had to make the change with them and I should contact them. When I contacted Reservation Desk.com I was told I could not cancel the reservation. I spoke with somone who was very difficult to understand and sounded like he was on the other side of the world in India. I repeatedly stated that I did not want to cancel the reservation just change the dates and that they would not be out of the money. I asked to speak to a supervisor. This individual was also very difficult to understand. This indivual again told me I could not change the reservation. I am so infuriated that this company can attach itself to a reservation made with Country Inn & Suites. I am also pusuring a complaint with Country Inn & Suites. Reservation Desk.com action is causing me to lose $805.38.

ReservationDesk.com Hotel reservation

Today 08/14/2020 at about 1:15 p.m. I called the number thinking I was calling the hotel. The person who answered the phone acted as if I had gotten the hotel. She did not say this is not the hotel . I made my reservation. When I was ready to make my payment she told me about a service charge, I told her that I have never been charged a service fee before when did they start charging a service fee. Never once did she say that I was not speaking to the hotel she had me believe that I was speaking to the hotel. Then she said I must cancel before 24 hrs. and that check in was at 3:00 p.m. It was 1:45 p.m. when I made my reservation. I was not told that I was going to be charged the full amount. When I got the email that was the first time I knew that. I called immediately and was told that it was nonrefundable. I am very angry about this operation. This is a rip-off.

On 5/14/2020 I called [protected] and clearly pointed out at the beginning of the call that I was booking a reservation for 5/14/2021 for LaQuinta Inn in Lynchbury, VA for my son's graduation.
From what I hear the representative say as she was quickly going over the summary was the correct date. Yet I was billed for 2020 not 2021. I contacted Reservation Desk to have the matter corrected but they refuse to correct the issue.
For resolution, I would like a refund of the charges incorrectly billed. It would be nice if the correct booking was maded.

This company represented themselves as actually being the Hyatt. Afterward I discovered the rate they charge is greater than the rate the Hyatt changes directly. Plus additional undisclosed fees. I finally contacted the hotel directly and found that the room was actually booked through Priceline.
Even though they represent themselves as being the actual hotel, they are not even third party agents, they are fourth party.

ReservationDesk.com motel reservation

I attempted to call Holiday Inn Express in Redbluff Ca on 11/23/2019. I asked if I was talking to someone at the hotel desk and was told I was.

I was lied to. I was actually talking to a third party employee at: Reservation-desk.com.

My credit card was charged $118.72 for the room and another $39.90 in taxes, fees and service charge for a total of $152.62.

The hotel gave me a receipt showing charges of $93.74 for the room and another $9.37 in taxes for a total of $103.11.

So Holiday Inn Express charged the third party, reservation-desk.com $103.11 and reservation-desk.com charged me $152.62 thereby pocketing an extra $49.51.

I am looking for a billing adjustment credit of $24.98. This is the difference between the room cost $118.72 and $93.74.

I have contacted reservationdesk.com support, sent them the hotel receipt showing the room charge of $93.74 and requesting that they credit me $24.98 on the card. Surprise, surprise... no response

Reservation-desk.com is dishonest company.
