ResCare / BrightSpring Health Services - Complaint against kathy cna home care worker

To Whom It May Concern:

My family and I are complaining against the CNA who comes in to clean twice a week for my mother. She is rude and has a attitude problem. Her name is Kathy. She got an attitude with my sister when she asked her a simple question. We do not trust her. She roams our house in areas she is not supposed to be. We do not want her to come to hour house anymore. She also parks her car in our private yard when there is ample parking on the street. There are many complaints. She goes to and from our home while cleaning to her vehicle at least three to four times during her visit. She sits in her car talking on the phone a while then she returns back inside our home to clean. She does this every time she comes to clean. She's very suspicious and we do not trust her nor do we want her coming to our home anymore. We are requesting a trustworthy CNA home care worker to come to our home. Thank you.
