Sandero Stepway -

My car has a "key set" problem, the key wont turn in the ignition, and the petrol cap cannot be open as well. I managed to take it to the dealer for the technician to have a look at it on the 11/05/20 and was told the part will have to be ordered however on the 18th/05 when I made contact about the courtesy car, I was told the car was not received and will need to bring it in again/send information so they can make a follow up. Monday 19/05, I went to the dealer again informed them that the car wont start at all, only to find out the order was not done due to the fact that the lady that was suppose to order did not order (no reason given).

I phone roadside assistance and they said that they will sent someone to tow the vehicle. which they did same day still left without a courtesy car. I then emailed them to tell them that the car has been picked up and they confirmed to have received it. 2 days later I had to phone them again to find out bout the update on the car, today infact, were I was told they are waiting for eta from their supplier in JHB, If its out of stock then they must order in France.

I kept on being told there is no courtesy car the department is still closed but month end I will have to pay my instalment which I feel im not being given the right service at all as I currently have to drag the information out of them every time and secondly have to not have a courtesy car as if this is a problem I have caused.

Please assist me, I'm tired of this situation. I don't know how long im going to be without a car, im not given the right information about anything regarding my car.

To whom it may concern
My car went to Renualt Port Elizabeth for a clutch and gearbox repair it took them 60days to do that and also to service my car and fix a leak at the thermostat housing and when I got my car back I notice that my coolant is clear of color and as I know it is either green or pienk in color so why would a dealership do something like that I like to know, when I made an enquiry about it with the service department via WhatsApp they ignore my enquiry so please help me to sold this matter or do I have to go to the dealership and swear at them before they will listen.
Thanks Mr Craill

Hi Called the guy who works at Seamans spare department, when speaking to him he seems that he really doesn't want to help a customer. I feel that I dont want to take my car to Renault or buy spares from this company
