i have no internet access since 6 September 2018
i have locked call after call
i have spoken to super visors and i was promised that my internet wi fi will be fixed 11/9/2018 and it is still not done, i was promised by the super visor that the tech will phone me at 14:45 so see if i am at home to fixed the line, i took off work and no one showed up. i am waiting till to day after six call and after fights and nothing is getting done, i have been nice and have been rude and nothing is helping the wifi access to get it fixed. i am so tired of phoning telkom, i will never give a goof work to any one regarding telkom . they are useless and they do not care about there customer or customer care.
