Reliance Hub Services Fake travel package

I bought the package from them at AED 40, 000. Now I am after them for hotel booking but every time, they have excuses and it being more than two years now. Now their emails are also not working.

Surprisingly i have observed that other travel plannings are using the same approach what reliance used to trapped me.

I would request everyone not to fall on the calls for any free gift vouchers and don't bring ur family with you for any event in the hotel.

I would also request dubai authorities to please do something about these fraudulents and help me I getting my amount back.

Reliance Hub Services Travel offers

Hi, I had taken a package from them regarding a travel offers. I was promised so many things. In return I did have to pay a huge amount .
Later, I realized that they are fake and I tried my level best to get my refund. They promised me that they will. But in vain. Now the manager in Abu Dhabi, mr. Irshad says he is no longer in the company. The main branch head Mr. Sajeer cannot be got on call.

What can I do to get this money back?

Reliance Hub Services Reimbursement and booking

We have been following-up about our reimbursement of Aed 2, 259 and Cove Rotana booking fore 20th march and we have not been getting a positive reply we have been following on this matter for a long time but there is no settlement. Reliance Hub Services Tourism package

Trying to get a refund after 'n' number of failed promises, on the services at first & then on the refund!

Been about 16 months now since the refund process started, which they promised, would be refunded in 45 days and still nothing till date!

Now I am learning that their office has been closed in Business Avenue and God knows where they have relocated and/or even if they are still there or not!

I will be visiting their Abu Dhabi office and checking as well

Reliance Hub Services Won't cancel membership

I have paid aed 7500 to reliance hub services for membership, they promised me to cancel it anytime if I have any difficulty. Unfortunately I lost my job and I requested to cancel my membership as I didn't avail any service from them. They agreed to pay by installments from last november 2019. Till today they didn't pay anything. Now none of their contact numbers are reachable.

Reliance Hub Services Holiday packages

Biggest fraud company I have come across. I paid them 15k for a package and due to their false information about the payment plan, we requested to cancel the agreement within 7 days. This all happened in October 2019. Till now no response to our numerous calls and emails.we don't know who or how to report these fraudsters to. Visited their office today for the refund, but their office has been sealed by the Economy deptt

Reliance Hub Services Refund

This is by far the worst company I have encounter in my years of living in the country.
They are all Con Artist
I have purchased their Travel Membership package worth AED 15, 000 last June 2019 and after 24 hrs of getting my account activated, I have requested them to cancel my membership and revert the charge due to the turn of events on my finances.
I have attached my correspondence on email as a proof of the request and approval that they will process the refund within the next 45 days --- that was six (6) months ago. Until today (January 26th, 2020, Reliance Hub Services did not refund my account or issued any. Now, I am being punish in paying my card.
I have called and spoke with Mr Syed Farhan (supervisor) and Mr Mohammed Fazi (accountant) multiple times but nothing was resolved.
I have submitted a formal complaint through Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing but they only act as a Mediator and I felt that I was not really protected by the Consumer Rights.
I hope that writing this complaint can call the attention of many people -- not to be deceived by this company.

Today, I have tried calling Reliance Hub Services contact numbers - both Dubai and Abu Dhabi office but their number is seems to be deactivated.
I am not sure who, how, when I can be refunded.
I only wish that I can still be refunded as I have done all necessary action from my end and it really hurt knowing or feeling helpless. I hope that there's an organisation in the country who can interfere and help people like me to get justice as I see there's a lot of complaint against this company.

Reliance Hub Services Tours & travel

Hi, this is the worst company with poor customer service. I cancelled my request within 24 hours after paying full & after 6 months still I am waiting for refund. I have all correspondence on mail and cheque from them which bounced n number of time. Now I registered police case but these guys taking advantage of loopholes in law. I will advise to everyone not to go with this group.
Non reliable... unethical...

Reliance Hub Services 3 week holiday membership package

I have been member of 3 +1 complimentary weeks holiday package from last one year, but unfortunately the service is very poor they are not committed to what is promised me at the time of taking package.

3-4 times they denied my Holiday booking, by some or the other excuses. I am going to back out of this and need my refund immediately.

MR Akhter is the owner and cheating the public by false promise. Action should be taken immediately to stop them committing big fraud to its members..

Reliance Hub Services Untrustable, fraud company and false promises

I canceled the package that I got from Reliance Hub Services due to their very very very very poor customer service and false promises.

They agreed to reimburse my money minus 25% for processing which they is a lot of percent to a service that I never got yet first. They told me that they cannot give me cash and so they will convert it to hotel booking and airfare ticket and so we emailed and talk to the phone and I also went to their office in Abu Dhabi. They promised to give me the hotel bookings I requested and I booked it more than 2 weeks before the date because they are saying to request at least 2 weeks before. But three times they failed to give me my hotel booking. So I demanded to get cash instead which they promised they will give half before the end of November 2019 and the rest before December 10 2019. But until now, Dec 14, 2019, I never received my money. To think that they are boasting that they have a lot of clients and I am claiming only 3750 Dirhams.

I called them, emailed but they again promise that they will update me by December 11, 2019 but again nobody called me. It seems that this company is a fraud. They do not care about their responsibilities to their clients and they do not want to fulfill their promises. They just said their promises to lure people in and get the money and when it is their chance to fulfill those promises, they never will do it.

Such kind of company must not exist. Now that they exist, the people in the higher management who are responsible should be punished by law. They are getting money from people without giving services and that is a very bold sign of fraud.

I will file a police complaint against them and hopefully the law here in UAE will help us and punish such companies.

I also bought a Europe tour package of 15 days and paid the money. it was planned for the Aug 2020, due to COVID 19, I changed the plan. Now i am trying to reach the persons whom i have talked before but all the mobile number are switched off and some are not working, even their Dubai and Abu Dhabi office numbers are not working. Any body know about the new number if any please send me only my Mobile [protected].

Reliance Hub Services Bronze membership

I received a call from.them and informed tgat won gold coin and hotel stay. I went there ad they told we they gave a small gold con .5gram 18k and hotel voucher but need to pay 7000 service charge . Aftef that they informed they providing some offers for members . They gave a plan worth 6000 14 days package including all ( no flight ), 5 star hotel stay and can cancel anytime if dont use or like there service. I gave an advance of 500 aed and they told within 3 days i will get welcome letter with all details. I waited 3 days no response. 5 days no responze and after 14 days they sent one email in wriiten format, 3 star or 4 star and no tour or anything included in package. So informes them to cancel, one of there staff farhan told to call back after 3 days refund will be provided. I called his phonr switched off, then i got other staff sreekath who is 10000% unprofessional and untrusty. I told me he will call back evertime byt never and when ever calling he telling next day will deposit. Its been 2 minths now and now not responding to my calls and trlling will refund on dec last.
Requesting all people not to join this fraud company. They steal your.money and they clain they Re here for 7 years but they are just 2 year only here.

Reliance Hub Services Travel package

I purchased a 25, 000 aed worth travel package the offered. They promised and signed up contract with certain set of services. When I contact them, they will ask you to send an email. Once email send, with several reminders and phone calls, they take minimum 3-4 weeks to give a first response. The final excuse will be either 1. You have to make the booking 2 months prior to the travel date, (one month you already lost on follow ups) otherwise some other lame excuses such as all hotels are fully booked and ask you to give another date for booking. The free voucher they offer is not practically usable in asian countries as they promise bacause the advance payment they will ask you in the name sake of govt. Taxes is more than the hotel rates you can easilt find from bookingdotkom. So it is clear that they do not intend to provide a service but keep on selling product packages which they will never deliver by giving you excuses after excuses.

I would like to know from those who already lost their money by purchasing their fake packagesin dubai or abudhabi been later able to obtain a refund either 1) directly from them or 2) through consumer rights/court case.

I have decided that I will build the case through formal documented booking enquiries and follow ups enough to file a case in consumer affairs court in dubai/abudhabi.
I have appointed a strong legal consultant already working on my case.

If you are in a similar situation, feel cheated by purchasing their package, but unable to obtain a refund/compensation, please feel free to contact me. I will provide necessary informal legal advise free of cost and can gurantee that you will be able to claim the refund and a compensation for your losses if you may have documented justifications for it.

Reliance Hub Services Requesting to refund my payment

Dear Reliance Team,
I would like to express my dissatisfaction and disapointment on the services you have given to us.
We have purchase a vacation package to Europe of 25000AED with a downpayment of 12500AED. We have started using it and to our dismay every hotel booking request we have to beg and follow up till last minute. We end up paying our hotel booking and to be reimburse to reliance hub. Till date full amount is not refunded with constant follow ups.We are fed and tired with the staff with all the lies and promises. Your interest is just taking money and no interest of giving a quality service..

We would like to reimburse our remaining money with reliance hub as we dont want to suffer every time we require a hotel booking or vacation. This is not a vacation package it is like you bought a hammer and punching in your head.we are very tired dealing with your staff who are unprofessional and liars..

We are now on process of filling a formal complaint if our monies are not refunded and come up with ammicable solution.

Reliance Hub Services Refund not received more than 3 months now.

I was called for collecting free coupons and gold coin. 45 to 50 mins they kept explaining on the product. Then I told them I cannot pay so big amount of 25000 dhiram and told no. They kept insisting and forcing in one way or other by giving offers. Then finally told offer is valid only for today and asked to make 1000 AED payment today and avail services. Later if you like continue or withdraw. Have few signed papers with no company VAT registration or stamp. I made the payment unfortunately, just half n hour later when I read the reviews and thought how can thay add/ delete stuff as per i customers payment capability. I immediately went back and asked them to not proceed with banking transaction and cancel the payment. They told no it's all automatic and we cannot cancel. I insisted lot, sent emails, chasing them more than 3 months but They did not. I went to police station in Al jafliya but they asked me to go to Rashidiya police station. They even tried calling their office number.. So basically this company does not exist & they push ppl so much to take the offer and pay as much as we can.
I need my money back as I have not availed any services. So many ppl cannot lie. Pls help me getting my refund.

We paid travel tour services for this company.
We constantly communicating about our booking since May 2019. But until now we didn't receive our reservations. Our vacation is Dec 12 but until now we didn't receive any booking, their abu dhabi office always promise that they will going to give as the voucher. Now, they are not responding anymore. I want my money to return!

Very bad experience from ths company.. this is a fraud company.. I requested 4 service from this team not even a single one I received.. last Sunday I went to their office its shut down then I call to shoukath Ali he told will up date tmro.. till now I call him more than 15 times... he is not answering.. when I call from other phone he pick the call and suddenly cut the call by reliazing its me.. Reliance Hub Services Reliance hub services cheating company.

I also had very bad experience with this company.

One day I received a call from this company and they said that my number got selected from the raffle draw and I won gold coin(which is less than 1gram) and holiday voucher(3nights and 4days hotel stay voucher). So to collect these prizes, they requested me to attend one session with family in JW Marriott hotel, Deira. Once We went, they showed some of the holiday packages with offers in the session and asked us to take membership by paying 22000dh and they gave me the option to convert into 6 months installments by calling to the Bank and they agreed to reimburse the conversion charges as well. They said that, this offer is valid only today as they are celebrating 9th anniversary function. So we attracted for the offer and took the membership by paying 22000dh by credit card. All this happened on 05-03-2019. The next day we received a confirmation mail from the company regarding my membership. Membership details mail attached for your reference.

Later we googled about this company in the internet and so many negative reviews are there about this company. Majority of the people are saying that, this is a scam. So we directly visited their company next day to know whether this company exists or not. We visited and asked about the reviews. They told us, don't go with reviews and these negative comments are provided by competitor's to damage their business they said. They convinced us somehow and sent us back.

After few days, I sent a mail for reimbursing my conversion charges(converted 22000dh into 6 months installments) 462dh to them. They approved to reimburse my conversion charges in mail and they said it will take some time to issue the cheque. I was following up with them from 6 months with mails, Phone calls and I couldn't get my conversion charges from them. So I visited their office and told them to cancel my membership and asked them to return my money completely as I am not satisfied with their service. They suggested me to send a mail for cancellation and they said that, cancellation process will take 45 days to return my money.

On September 10th, I sent a mail for cancellation and waited for 45 days. Same mail attached for your reference. Now more than 60days completed and till now I couldn't get my money back. I am following up with them continuously and they are not at all taking seriously and keep delaying. I have spent so much valuable time and effort on this company to get my money back and I couldn't succeed finally.

Worst worst worst company in the world I have seen in my life. Very worst company in the world, this completely cheater company. Do not pay any single amount to them. Throwing money in dustbin will not give you that much of headache, and mental problem, what reliance hub services will be going to give you if you buy any plan from them.
Dear all readers kindly do not believe in this company for any small deal. These people keep stalls in malls and public places and make customers to fill a form for it to give discounted offers on tour packages. Then they call for sailing the travel plan.
I was customer of gulf royal travel and tourism, and I had a package of 30000 aed with gulf royal. After just for a trial I purchased a small plan from relaince hub services as well on 03 june 2019. I received confirmation of membership as well on 5th june 2019 (refer image -1). As per policy and commitment made by sales advisor mr. Akabar ali khan, 0567776004 (now mobile number is out of coverage area) that they will reimburse the interest amount for installment plan taken in paid amount. He promised to reimburse the amount immediately at one time payment.
Herewith, I have taken lowest interest rate plan of 0.70% per month with adcb credit card and requested to reliance hub services to reimburse the calculated amount of only 504 aed on 29th august 2019 sending an attachment of credit card statement. (refer image -2)
And baddddd newssss to everybody here their original form here the company policies started to unmasked their real face. May be they had jealous with the gulf royal services a competitor company for them and they have seen the payment plan of that in my credit card statement.
They started keep delaying every time, can refer image 3 to image 10. Until today no any positive response to disburse the interest amount. On mail they just type "they will coordinate with the accounts. They will do the needful at earliest." however, account email id (ccdauh1@reliancehubservices.com) also was same when they confirmed about amount 504 aed and will release in 30 -45 days on dated 30th august 2019.
But just for delaying more they will say that they will coordinate with the accounts however I was sending the mail to account also. And they sits all in a small office in electra street, abu dhbai, so it can not take longer time if they really want to look after customers.
I strictly to say to all readers not to go ahead with thi time of gang of people who are cheating the hardorking money of innocent people.
Kindly note they have the gang of people and after making some of the deal, sales advisor will leave the job, however internally they are attached with the company, but for making fake coomitment to attract customers to buy the package they keep changing employees. Please stay away this gang of cheater name reliance hub services.

Reliance Hub Services travel and tourism

I have very bad experience with the company, I have paid dhs. 15000 as membership fee and they (Sreedhar and Roleesh) clearly told me that at the time of registration if you do not want to use our services you can cancel the member ship at any time without loosing a single amount, when check internet about their services I came to know that it was a wrong decision then contacted them to cancel my membership, now they are playing drama, they keep on saying that we will settle the amount, but I am fed up now, they are unprofessional, I am going to complaint against them to consumer court.

Reliance Hub Services fraud and customer service

Worst service experience provider in the travel and tourism industry. Request for hotel booking at least two weeks in advance and till the day of check-in no one picked up the phone also no reply to the emails. Chargd AED 25000 for the membership and now not providing any services also not picking up the phone also. This is a fraud company with fake promises and fake memberships. Now I am struggling for the reimbursement and Mr. Akther is threatening me that if I visited their venue he will take legal actions. How a company or person can do that. I am depressed and stressed due to this situation. Please help me canceling the membership and reimbursement of the deposit.
