Rehlat I am complaining about my flight refund

I am buy with ticket rehlat and i was process for refund request in july. Till now am not getting my refund its very bad exp with rehlat they making fool please check my below ticket id. Its all haram you guys receive refund from airline but given to me its more than 2 month please check and let me know. Am waiting for your response...

Rehlat Rehlat scammed

Rehlat is scammed.they are deducing money from credit and debit cards without issuing tickets.and you will not get back these mony. So please be aware these scammed online trave agencies. One of my friend is preparing legal case against rehlat. He will be submitting by next week to dubai police. Requesting customer to dont use credit or debit card on rehlat website because they are saving your credit debit cards information and automatically deducting money from your accounts. So be aware from these scammer.

This is Tauheed Alam, I have booked my ticket through Rehlat. ae, but due to Covid-19, My ticket has been cancelled by Indigo Airline & amount already refunded by Indigo airline to Rehlat AED 1, 374/- but yet now Rehlat refunded my amount to my account. at the time of booking I have paid Total - AED 1442.49

for this I have called & emailed many time to Rehlat Customer care Tel - +[protected], Email - Rehlat & My complain no is #630492, but yet not refunded my amount.

Rehlat Refund not yet received

Dear Team,

I booked ticket through rehlat KWI to TRV round trip. But return flight was cancelled by airlines due to covid-19. The Kuwait airlines already processed my refund to rehlat. But after 03 months still waiting for my refund. Rehlat customer support team always say we are waiting for refund approval from airlines. I don't know why your agency doing this. Bad experience with your agency. Kindly refund my amount ASAP as I am in a financial crises for the last six months

If it is not your commission, then refund the balance amount to me. I have experienced the same both from Rehlat & Kuwait Airways. Actually I took 2 tickets, one from Rehlat & one from Kuwait airways for the same day, same time, same flight, same class. But the refunded amount of Rehlat is Kwd 34.5 & Kuwait airways is Kwd 66. I am asking about the difference in amount of my money not from your pocket. Damn sure I am eligible for the one side full refund.
The Supreme Court accepted the Centre's proposal. The court said that if the tickets were booked through an agent for travel during the lockdown period, a full refund will be given to the agent and he will pass on the amount to the passengers.

Rehlat Booking id#2487166. Money refund from rehlat

Dear,
I'm complaining because I have Booked a ticket through rehlat website and it wasn't confirmed so I got an email from Rehlat asking for my confirmation to refund my money. I confirmed the money refund and that was on 7/2/2020. I got another email that day saying that the refund money will take 15-20 days to be deposited into my account. And up to date it's been more than a month and I haven't gotten my money. I call the customer service and the send an email to finance department and they don't give me a clear answer.
So please let me know on what date exactly I'm gonna get my money.

Rehlat Refund not received - from 17- Apr-2020

Dear Sir

I had cancelled my ticket on 17-Apr-2020 with booking id -1726359.
they had cancelled my ticket on 17-Apr-2020 and promissed that the refund amount will be processed within 1~2 working days and will be credited in to my account in 15 days maximum. But its more than 3 months and I had not received my money back. I had followed up for numerous times but no money received. I lost the trust on Rehalt and its services are really bad.
Kindly reqeust to resolve my issue and provide the refund in my account.

Rehlat Refund for a cancelled flight

I had bought a ticket for a flight taking place on 14 May 2020 from Rehlat.com.sa, but I received a cancellation notice 7 days before the date of flight. The email stated that the refund will be credited to my account within a few days, but now almost 3 months passed without any. I kept on contacted them through their customer service, but I only received apology emails with no definite dates for the refund.
Kindly advise how can I raise a complaint to any international or governmental organization against them.

Rehlat Booking id: 1538060

Complaint against Rehlat Agent Services:

This is with regards to my refund request long pending since March 2020. booking ID: 1538060

I am extremely angry and disappointed at the way the Rehlat office is handling my request. And I have emailed Rehlat several times and have been getting the same response that their dedicated team will get back to me more than 20 times since the 2nd of March. This is totally unacceptable.

The so called Rehlat's dedicated team or support team has not got back to me yet!

My patience is running out as we know that it is entirely Rehlat's mistake and not of the Airlines.

Rehlat agency needs to respect their clients. Hereafter I will not deal with any of Rehlat's offices nor will I recommend them anymore.

Also note, I am working for the Service Industry and my recommendations to our clients and customers are taken very seriously. Rehlat's reputation is at stake here.

To brief you on my story,

On the 2nd of March at 7:30 AM. I had to travel for an emergency situation by an early morning Flight to Dubai and I contacted the Rehlat agency online in Kuwait for two tickets. Rehlat took all the required details from me and were willing to issue my tickets. They assured me that it would take only about 15 - 20 minutes to process my tickets. I paid for the tickets online and informed them immediately that I was on my way to the airport as I had about 90 minutes to board my flight. They asked me not to worry and my tickets would be issued in time.

Unfortunately, imagine my shock and panic when I reached the counter, NO Tickets were issued in my name in the system by Rehlat.

The Airlines desk tried their best to contact Rehlat but to no avail. I too called Rehlat. They did not issue the tickets.

Later, I was asked by Rehlat to pay directly with the airlines at the counter for new 2 tickets. for which I did as I had no option but to travel on that flight.
Rehlat reassured me that they would refund my money for the earlier two tickets within 2 - 3 days.

But It has been 4 months now and I have not yet received the refund for my first bookings.

Therefore, I totally blame Rehlat for their terribly poor service and demand to get the full refund.

I will not tolerate any loss for Rehlat's stupid mistakes.

Rehlat, I urge you to find a solution to my issue or else it will be bad for your reputation.

from the beginning, the tickets did not process, as there is an issue with submitting the tickets, and you asked me to pay a new ticket directly from the airlines.
So for me the issues. Are you! Not the airlines?
I asked you to use the same amount for a new ticket to Germany by the same airline, you refused.

Give me a solution, please
I need my money back.

Hi I booked through rehlat in march 2020 riyadh to kolkata round trip. But my flight is cancelled by airlines due to covid-19. And indigo airline refunded my amount to rehlat on 19 march 2020. Rehlat Ticket refund

Date 09 june 2020; I made booking on Rehlat for repatriation flight. Flight schedule was 15 june 2020, Kuwait to Ahmedabad.

Booking is still (1706.2020 :( ) not confirmed by the rehlat, neither they have issued any PNR number ;even after writing 20 emails to their customer care there was no update for 15 june flight.

On 15th june; the flight was rescheduled and I was informed about the same by the rehlat on 15 june 2020 evening. Their customer care number was found switched off when i tried to reach them about my flight and booking confirmation till 15 evening they were saying that be prepared we can confirm your booking any time today.

While i am writing (17.06.2020) this email I still have not got the booking confirmation neither they are willing to provide me the refund. Again they are just saying flight is on 19 and we will provide ticket before 24 hrs.

Such event with the customer are very common for rehlat, online review reveals the serious issue with the company operational practices.

Customer care representative are useless and has very limited information and working like a BOT ; for many question they have only one answer " we will raise the request you will be replied".

Rehlat Ticket refund

A have an approved refund from air arabia at 15 mar 2020 and till now rehalat didn't make credit to my card, and i have many complaints about thus issue with rehalat customer service, MORE THANT 75 DAY DELAY IN APPROVED TICKET REFUND FROM AIR ARABIA

Rehlat Airline Ticket

Reference to Booking ID: 1607067. My flight was cancelled by the Airline and I was given a letter stating the cancellation and asked to contact the booking agent for refund. When I check with Rehlat first they tell me that the flight departed as per scheduled time and after submitting the letter they said they will check with the airline and close. 2 days with no resolution I followed up again and they said same day they will close. 3 months again with no reply and when I call the customer care they said I will get the reply in 4 hours still no update.

does it take 3 months to update on refund of a cancelled flight ?

And a reputed company not even bothered to call the customer and intimate the status of the query.

I am not going to Rehlat services any more for such bad service.

Rehlat ticket date change delay and no clarity of information

I had raised a concern to change the date of my non refundable ticket which took them 24 hours charged me and extra 1300aed for the ticket and later on told me the seats are not available. When I went to the airline website the seats were available and I had to dish out 2500aed anyway to book on the airline website, while the rehlat team took 24 hours and poor response skills and they suggested me a new date which took them less than 20mins.

1. They will not refund my ticket even through the refund policy suggests 80% refund
2. Extremely inefficient
3. Poor communication skills
4.unnecessary email exchanges
5.information integrity is a disaster, background checks is horrendous
6.response time takes very long

Rehlat terrible customer service

Worst customer service ever!

I booked my flight from dubai to prague through rehlat. Upon checking directly with the airlines, I was informed that the ticket has not yet been issued. After calling and inquiring with rehlat's team, I was informed that I will receive the confirmed ticket within a few hours.
Same evening, I receive an email stating that they have received my payment but have been unable to book the ticket and to wait a little longer for the ticket to be processed/issued.

The next day morning, I receive an email stating that "as per *my* request" the ticket has been cancelled.
Uh, the audacity! It is one thing for a company to not be good at what they do, but it is a whole new level to just bluntly blame it on the customer.

The ticket was paid for by my company and naturally, having an email stating that the ticket was cancelled as per "my" request, did not make things easy for me.

Upon contacting the call center number, the customer representative insisted that the ticket cancellation was done as per my request. Every time I called and asked them to transfer me to the supervisor, the cr just refused and kept me on hold for 20-30 minutes just to say that the supervisor would call me after an hour. I had to wait for 12+ hours and call more than 10 times to speak to the supervisor - mr. Mahmoud.

Oh and was he of any help? Absolutely not. He did the same thing. Just told me he would check with his back end team and call me back. I am still waiting.

So here is a warning for all of you wanting to book a ticket through rehlat - beware! They might just take your money and not issue a ticket to you and then blame it on you later on (so they don't have to pay the price difference I guess). Definitely not the hassle one would want to go through if it is a last minute booking.

Rehlat refund amount not received for booking id -1540901

Dear sir
i had been booked a ticket with rehlat.Com to travel from abudhabi to calicut on december 8. Due to some reasons, i told rehlat staff to void the ticket on same day. Rehlat staff confirm mr.Irfan has confirmed me that ticket has been voided and full refund of 440.45 aed would be credited to my account back in 4 days, but now 5 days passed refund not yet credited back to my account.

Rehlat ticket refund

My name is Nilesh Jerome.
My Booking ID is 870312.

I have did booking of my flight ticket on January 2019 from Kuwait to Mumbai through Rehlat APP, Jet Airway have been closed and they have did Refund to all their Respected Customers which I have confirmed with Jet Airways Office Mumbai, they told me that I have booked my ticket from Rehlat so they will be responsible to return my money.
From March 2019 till now I am calling on weekly basis to Rehlat customer service but they are not guiding properly, from last 8 months Rehlat customer service have only 1 answer YOU WILL GET YOUR REFUND but when and how, they don't have any answer.
Very Bad service.

Rehlat changed the travel date without my permission - rehlat booking ref. no-1289125

I would like to narrate the incident that happens while booking my ticket on 17th July 2019, that day Night I plan to book my travel ticket from SAH to MAA on 4th DECEMBER 2019 but I mistakenly booked on 3rd December 2019 the same moment I called to the Rehlat customer care number and request for change of 4th December 2019 but they refused for free and they come up with the payment procedures for the changing of date so I drop that ideas and I closed that chapter then I Fixed in mind that my travel date is on 3rd DECEMBER 2019 and with that am arranging my family and friends too to travel on the same date(3rd December 2019).
later, 22nd September 2019 when I check my E-mails I notice that Rehlat had changed my  travel to 4th December 2019 without my knowledge/acknowledgment and when I contact the Rehlat representative their replies that they didn't make any changes to my ticket and the booking was made only on 4th December 2019 from the first book itself which never been accepted at all - we have all the proofs as a E-mails and documents for our rights (if the booking is on 4th December 2019 why they come up with the date and penality charges which clearly mentioned in the mail conversation). So, As per my booking, I want my travel date to be on 3rd December 2019 which I ask your Rehlat to book and which they booked for me on the First booking and any fare changes and the penalties will be under Rehalt responsibilities only because the date change decision was taken by them without any intimation to us.

Note: attached 2 screenshots for your references which shows crystal clear for the booking date is on 3rd December 2019 and the date change is also done by Rehlat to 4th December 2019 without our confirmation so we have all the proofs and documents that the booking was done on 3rd December 2019, we can do anything to take our rights.
