Rehab Medical review: Not sure about the SalesPerson I delt with

I have an electronic chair that was ordered. My insurance has this now. I asked for an Electric Wheel Chair CPT Code K0899. A much larger chair was ordered. I asked the sales person lots of questions and now they are just things you want to hear from a sales person. I have sent text to the sales person and no response and I have called Rehab Medical and they are so busy I guess it just goes to voice mail after holding for some time. They are really trying to over sell me as to what I need. The doctors notes even said electric wheelchair and still something much bigger and must more costly is what Rehad Medical wants to do but this is for me and my insurance will take the CPT Code. Not sure why you are trying to get more money than is actually necessary.
