I have used Redweek for 25 years and when I went to list a week for 2026 at Marriott Grande Ocean, the verification process is now dumped on the listing customer too provide Redweek with the information they want...what they don't seem to understand is the reservation is now listed on the MVC website under MGO as a weeks usage profile page and it lists the last 6 usages, not one per page. So to screen shot it and send it will not be clear which week I am renting...the agent told me to contact MVC and inquire about an email from them of the reservation. My question is what are they doing for their $400 fee? If I'm doing the work...previously they contacted MVC and verified the reservation direct...now they want me to do their jobs for them. Ridiculous!
Desired outcome: Cancel my listing and refund my $59.99 fee.
