Dear Sir /

We doriss companies are a group of Russian investors working in field of contracting and tourism for more than 40 year -with over 23 companies all over the world infrastructure in Russia kindly visit our web side we have hundereds of projects, in, we started funding our projects in red sea Egypt under the name of red sea pearl for touristic investment and real estate joint stock company established under egyptian law no 8 .our paid capital in egyptian pound is 50 million all deposited in HSBC hurghada west kotta west side, we we funded our project with an amount of seven million eur with a transfered from our account in Russia, and another transfer .

These funds represented the Russian share in RED SEA PEARL COMPANY,

The funds were placed in HSBC BANK EGYPT HURGHADA in eur for long period of time, till we start up our proects, afterward WE exchanged the fund into local currency needed for our use with the bank rate, AMOUNT more than forty million egyptian pounds were placed with zero interest in the bank account for more than one year, as we are in the start up period preparing necessary studies and getting the egyptian authority's approval,

Finally we bought a big project in hurghada the name is DORISS LAND, for en amount of EGP 200 MILLION, the advance was paid by a draft check issued from our account with HSBC HURGHADA EGYPT. Meanwhile the rest of the price is being funded through our internal sources (the holding company in Russia) and from our sales,

Till the date of 21/2/2009 we have not been informed of any violation for HSBC's internal rules, or even we were having any kind of misunderstanding with the bank,
Besides that Mrs. Galina Gening and me are premier customer with the HSBC Sheraton road EGYPT,
On --24-/2/2009 I got a call from Mr./ AMR -informing me that my company’ accounts (egyptian and Euro account )were closed as per instruction from their head office in Cairo, which is a legal violation from bank side as the account opening form
States that I should be informed before the closing not after the closing,

Dear Sir,

I need written justification from the bank side and your head office to clarify the reason behind this vague transaction as I am expecting all my sales payment allover the world will be transferred to my account with HSBC hurghada and this will affect my business if I change this account,

It is with a deep sorrow to announce that I will take all legal action including media inside and outside Egypt to maintain my rights,

Kindly find attached a copy of financial creditability in Russian bank,
