Red Rooster Foods - blt wrap and management customer skills

I received a home delivery and have to mention first it was extremely fast and the delivery guy had great customer service skills. In the order I received the BLT Wrap had black bits of bacon, as shown in photos. Another issue was at Christmas time I ordered through my app and put a promotion code through that showed up on my order but when I received my order was not included which was a free ice cream which was a Christmas promotion. I told the driver then the manager rang me telling me there is nothing she can do, she had a terrible customer service response. Being the first time i had ordered because i recently move to the area and being Christmas Eve i thought I would have received a better outcome. Thank you I look forward to receiving your response
