I was staying at redroof bordentown for 3 days everything was perfectly fine and clean and i checked out yesterday july 12 2019 and i totally forgot to get my checkout receipt and since i needed for my army base so i went back tonight asking the frontdesk to print me my receipt if possible so the person at the front desk wearing glasses printed me the receipt as i asked him exactly & he did his best to make everything go smooth and professional until the other person start interefing with him and acting soo weird and he was super rude telling me i can't get it now after i checked out trying to give me hardtime in a bad way and he refused to give it to me until the other person helping me from the begining told him the owner said make everything smooth as much as you can with our army guests he replied i don't care !
seriously ? You don't care about the army of your country when they come to your hotel as guests ?
very bad experience with this black thin guy with no name tag you have to give your guests some respect or you will never see them back ...
