I left my room to add money to my credit card so I can pay for my room another night. I come back and the manager said the system had already kicked me out and if I do this again she will kick me out. She also said that she doesn’t care if our dog is a service animal or not because while we was out she tried entering the room and if we leave our dog in the room again by himself she will call the humane society and have him killed. Check the video footage if you want. Everyone is leaving their animals in their rooms while out. But since she tried to enter my room right as I left to add money, which I was only gone for 10 minutes at the most, sh threatens the life of my dog.
