On Monday I went to eat at Red Robin in May's Landing NJ with my family. It took over. 16 minutes to get our drinks (place was NOT busy) I've been a server for years even if a customer doesn't know how things should go you should always treat your guess with the same service you'd like. Our meals came out right behind the appetizers I gave my burger back without even touching it, why would I want to eat something that's been sitting. Refills, we waited so long for them (I had to ask for them) when I ordered desert he the server put it in a to go, I felt rushed out. It was a horrible experience I live the food and I always ask for the same thing when I go but after this the guy makes me not want to go again the manager didn't even walk around to check tables or ask how things were going [protected]@icloud.con
