Red Lobster Food

My husband and I have dined at Store #0271 in Dothan, Alabama since it opened and we have never had any complaints. However we dined there on August 6, 2021 for lunch and things changed. The service was great, but the food left something to be desired. My husband ordered a hamburger and the bun was so hard he had to remove the heat patty and eat it alone. Also the croutons on my salad were so hard, they could have broken a tooth. Thank you. June Winkler, Blakely, Georgia.

Red Lobster Online order/ app

I am a frequent customer of RL and a Marketing Professor as well. Thus, I would like to share my recent experience of ordering food via RL website and app.
This morning (Nov 14), I tried to use the app and website to order a party for my friend, I spent 2 hours of my time in the Saturday morning on your system errors:
1> The website and app kept sending ms "wrong password" even though I reset 4 times right away. I do not believe it was because of the wrong passwords because I chose autosave the password on my phone and computer, how can it be a wrong password issue on my side? And when I tried entering manually, it is still "invalid password" on RL ordering site.
2> The random "codes" were a scam too! I typed numbers as the system provided, then I received messages regarding "capitalized errors." I had to enter new series 20+ times before I can make an order.
Really Red Lobster? Your online ordering system must be this bad?
3> When I started paying and entering my card, more than 10 times, I received different errors reasons, e.g. missing items, item on your cart is no longer valid (really? you guys had not opened for the day yet!), ...
4> When I called the RL restaurant, the voicemail of Red Lobster had too many options which a> wasted time of customers and b> led me back to the website! (C'on guys, you are a restaurant chain, not a IRS, why must there be so many options in the auto voicemail? Be straight to the points - food? service? order? etc.)
5> When I tried o leave a Concern, the system kicked me out several time for random reasons! I guesses RL does not want to hear from the customers...
To be frank, after this order I will switch to The Cheescake Factory for my future events. I would have switched today already if I did nit tell my friends to meet at RL.
I am very disappointed since I have been RL customers for years. Last time I visited a RL location in NYS (last week), there were not many customers dined in.
The COVID 19 pandemic drove many restaurants out of business and you guys are doing so bad in terms of online ordering.
I am using Red Lobster for a case study in my Marketing classes from now on. This is an example of why companies are driven out of business!
PS: BRAVO TO THE MANAGER, FORREST, OF THE RL SAN ANGELOS LOCATION! HE SPENT TIME TO CONSULT ME ON THE PARTY MENU.

Red Lobster Service

Due to the pandemic we have not been going out but placing to go orders... to support various businesses. We tried Red Lobsters Gateway Brooklyn. We ordered several meals appetizers and entree via the app. After getting home many of the items were missing. Instead of going back as the line to pick up food was around the corner we called. The manager, I guess was busy and didn't answer the phone. 48 hours after leaving a message on the app and complaining still no response. This is my last time visiting Red Lobster. The food we did receive was very salty.

Red Lobster Skimpy salad and menu

The wife and I went to red Lobster in Fort Smith, Ar on 6/27/2020. We live 70 miles away and always look forward to dining at this location every month or so .The last visit on 6/27 20 was the worst we've had there. The salad we had was lettuce only and a choice of 2 salad dressings. They took away the lunch menu and only conveniently offered the regular menu with raised prices because of the corona pandemic .Food was lousy for the hiked up prices.

We use to love red lobster but the last three out of four visits have been very disappointing upon ordering they come out with crab legs which is what l always order they obviously old leftovers and stink if this happens once it could be an isolated incident but three out of four last visits is terrible sadly we probably will not return to this establishment and and drive further to another red lobster
