Re/Max Lack of professionalism

I wasted a Saturday driving upstate to look at a property which unfortunately was listed through REMA X. First there was only one showing for an hour and on only one day because the agent was "too busy" (exact words) and we were told offers would be accepted until the of Monday day. We called all day to place an offer and no one returned my realtors calls. Finally, he was able to bypass the listing agent and locate the office directly only to find there was an accepted offer earlier in the day. This is the Saddlebrook office by the way.
Obviously there was an arrangement already made and the "open house" on Saturday was just smoke and mirrors.
Next time, list your home with anyone but REMA X, you may make more money with another company that actually works for you.

Desired outcome: Just print it

Re/Max Dishonesty

I'm really disappointed on the service that I received from your sales associate by the name of Thabo Ramasoga, I bought house at Slovoville the geyser was faulty and he promised me that it will be replaced as per the offer to purchase however till date that geyser it's still at that state, he also promised to get back to me regarding the electricity meter box that's prepaid how to go about making payments for electricity and for levies and that also hasn't dealt with, when contacting him he doesn't answer my calls at times he gives me excuses informing that his electrician will be fixing the issue of the geyser

I contacted the Remax Town and Country and was informed to try and speak to the seller, I don't seem to understand why as I've informed them I can't get hold of him

I then sent emails complaining about the seller and I was informed it will be looked into it as it has been excalated to the principal and nothing seems to be done, when I followed up yet again I was informed the principal is very busy attending meetings

Thabo was fully paid for his job that was never finished and no one is willing to resolve my query been taken back and forth

Re/Max Pinckney Michigan

I for one cannot believe that Rick Beaudin was fired for a post about ALL LIVES MATTER, it sickens me to know that this was done in a racist attack, what else would Re/max be willing to do during a business transaction like selling my home ? This is disappointing and disturbing and I for one will never use Re/max again and that's who I used 30 years ago to purchase my home ! I hope he wins the law suit he deserves it .

Re/Max Unethical

I sold a house via a Remax franchise in Turkey (listing number 1362723). The broker lied and misguided both me and the buyer so they could make a 6% commission instead of 4 which is the legally allowed maximum limit. They basically told me my place could not be sold if I did not lower the price and on the buyer side they told I was not negotiating. They made the buyer transfer the money to their bank account without telling me. The buyer thought it was a down payment. At the end that 2% which should have been given to me was taken by the remax broker illegally.

I conveyed my complaint formally to Remax Turkey office with all the evidence at the end of December 2020, they did not even give a response. I wrote to Remax Globa, l same thing no response. There are all these legal loopholes and system problems that helps them get away with something like this. So I can not get that money back by going to court or seeking legal action.

I was hoping being a global brand Remax could solve the issue but unfortunately they must have seen no problem in these unethical and illegal behavior. I am writing all these so others can be saved, I have no hope that Remax could do the right anyway.

Scammed in Roatan
, US
Jul 10, 2021 12:50 am EDT

Unethical and illegal.
I was buying a home on the island of Roatan in Honduras. My agent was Ana Flores who I was not made aware of but just completed the mentoring program and her mentor was Edi Johnson she also uses the last name Massaro or Toigo or Escalona. She is from California and appeared to be very sweet and pretty. I was unaware that Ana was part of a two person realtor team called the dream team. It was Ana and Edi. I had several calls with Ana and this was never disclosed. My first face to face meeting is when Edi appeared in the picture. I had several homes on my list but Edi was very persistent that one particular home was for me. It happened to be her listing and right across the street from her home. She was so persistent that while we were waiting for a realtor for another property to show up Edi stated I will show you this home if you want but it is not for you, Casa Lobo is the home for you. I ended buying the home. I also ended up dating Edi. Both were the worst mistakes I have ever made. I even referred other people to Edi that are also involved in litigation against her. Edi during our relationship was going to the bank and forging my signature taking monies. She was also stealing cash from the house. She began a relationship with another woman and left me. Since then she has filed several legal charges against me. Everything from stealing her jeep, which she sold to other remax clients then refused to sign over the papers or refund thier money. They are currently taking legal action against her to try and get thier money back. She has the jeep in her possession and is still stating I stole it. She is claiming I am stalking her. I am now wearing a camera everywhere I go and have recently purchased a dash cam for my truck just so she can stop lying about me. We live on an island, across the street from each other. There is only one road to access the property from the main road. The other day she was parked in the entrance not allowing me to pass. Me, my new girlfriend and my 2 maids were in the vehicle. Everyday at that time we drop the maids off at the entrance so they can take a bus home, otherwise it's a 1.5 mile walk to get a bus. Edi was there waiting on her girlfriend to come in a taxi. We waited in the truck quietly not blowing a horn, flashing the lights or saying a word. We did not even put down a window until my lawyers wife came up and asked what was happening. Her girlfriend entered her vehicle, and was filming my truck on her phone. She turned around and headed back towards the houses. We we then able to drop the maids and turn around ourselves and leave. We did not leave right away we waited 2 to 3 before proceeding, just to give them plenty of time to get down the road without us behind them. In a short period of time we were able to see them ahead of us going around a curve so we stopped and gave them another 2 to 3 mins to move along. We made it about half way home and they were stopped again in the road with the taxi that her girlfriend drove up in there waiting on them. Her girlfriend got in the taxi and did a uturn and left. It appeared to us they were having a drug transaction, as both of them are heavy drug users. Edi then turned that video over to the courts stating I was chasing her down and stalking her. We have been forced to place 4x8 sheets of plywood on top of our fence in an effort to keep edi from taking pics and videos of me and my girlfriend in the pool. Edi has made legal charges against me stating she worked for me and I didn't pay her. I am a man remodeling my house not a business. Edi is currently claiming she is no longer an agent but is only the co broker of remax roatan assistant. Her name is Melaina Matute. When you email Melaina you are really getting Edi, she is pretending to be Melaina. She is acting in everyway an agent. She has told me she is doing this to avoid paying the remax fees, floor day, website, magazine, etc also do she doesn't have to pay the Roatan Municipal fees. She has been on the island full time since 2005 and will not even set foot in the USA. Her sister told me that she was arrested in 2005 for embezzlement of her clients money, she owned a property management company, and she then fled the county. Her sister told me she is currently wanted on these charges. One of the things Edi is suing me for is $2, 000.00 starting that Doward Johnson of Remax is owed that money. Doward was or is in school to become an attorney. While Edi and I were together we discussed buying a piece of property together. She wanted to use Doward for the closing attorney. We never bought the property and to my knowledge Doward is still not an attorney but Edi says I need to pay him closing fees on a property that never closed. Any of the neighbors that have been here know her and know that she is scam artists. She prays on her clients because we have not been victimized by her yet. She is part of the remax family and needs to be stopped. I understand this sounds crazy and there is a lot more to tell if anyone cares to hear.

Re/Max Gwen Foernsler ( selling agent/president of I85 board)

Ms Foernsler is the selling/showing agent of client, Mr Ronald Clack of Lawrenceville Ga. There was recently a terminated contract involving my home from her client, Mr. Clack. She represented herself in a very unprofessional manner by questioning me about a previous inspection report in front of her clients while bringing her client to my home to inspect the crawl space. Also she told my agent I had active termites in my home because she misread the inspection. She accused me and my agent Deborah Dodds of Land and lake realty of knowing about the termite report. Post termination, she sent an offer of 170k to my agent. In which I the seller declined. A few days later post termination from Mr. Clack, A potential client in the Atlanta area was interested in looking at my home and Ms. Foernsler stated that my house had major electrical issues and not to call inquiring my agent to show her the home. This is extremely unacceptable. This could have potentially ruined my chances of selling my home due to Ms Foernsler's gossiping conduct! If you have any questions regarding this manner, please feel free to contact me. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Jill Benfield [protected]

Re/Max Selling home in Northampton, PA

Seller of property at 5281 Hillside road, Northampton PA 18067. Relax Agent Anthony Ramos was instructed to tell buyers that lawn equipment was excluded from the sale of the property. The seller (Edgar Roeser & Deborah Trippe) were able to remove a lawn tractor before the final walk-through. The seller informed Anthony that he would like him to post the remaining two items: a snowblower attachment and leaf vac for sale through the internet.
No evidence that this was done. Later, Anthony promised to move the lawn equipment to his office site for safe keeping. This action was never done. Finally, I called to pick up the equipment in PA. However, the buyer of the house reversed his original promises and decided to retain the equipment.
I lost an estimate of $1, 500 with of potential sale. I feel that Anthony was irresponsible toward the seller's interest. Unprofessional behavior of a Realtor.

Re/Max Unfair pricing and possible collusion with appraiser

Beginning in July 2020 I listed my home with Re/Max Solutions through the office RE/MAX Solutions
99 Northfield Ave. Suite 8
West Orange, NJ 07052

The listing agent is Otis Baker. I requested that the property be listed at $320, 000 although the listing agent attempted to have me list the property at below $250, 000. I received an offer immediately at the full listing price of $320, 000. That offer did fall through and the agent for my property attempted once again to have me drop my listing price to below $250, 000. I refused and received an offer of $239, 000, which I turned down. On the heels of that second offer I received and accepted an offer of $295, 000. Fast forward to this past week and a very suspicious appraisal for my property was given at, you guessed it, $240, 000. My property was renovated recently with all proper permitting in place, new roof and updated electrical. The appraisal, suspiciously similar to the listing price the agent wanted me to accept, is not even comparable to the average comps in my neighborhood. Because this suspicious appraisal did not match the offer I accepted of $295, 000, I was given the choice to either drop my home's price to $240, 000 or lose the sale. I believe this deserves an investigation. When Re/Max is supporting below average appraisals for homes that are clearly worth more you have to wonder what is going on. Re/Max has wasted my time, energy and money as I will be forced to remove my home from the market. I am going to file complaints and request an investigation into Re/Max with consumer affairs. I believe Re/Maxx is working illegally with appraisers from the same area.

Re/Max Sales and how they are handled

Re/max Alberton, unethical and still signs of racism within the company.
Never deal with John de melo, narcissist and racist. And you get treated like a criminal because of ethnical group and question legitimacy of your funds as though you can't afford to have money.
They currently selling to another client which can make 2 payments of R600000 in a month?
And they are not questioned about the funds. Something fishy going on aswell.

Can never close a deal and cant accept that you better than they are.

Re/Max A real estate broker missguided regarding a closing attorney in roatan

Good day, my name is Susy Bell,
I am an American Citizen that recently contacted Remax Real Estate broker Annie Miles from the Roatan, Bay Islands of Honduras Remax Office located in Jackson Plaza, Mt. Pleasant, Roatan 34101 in the Bay Islands of Honduras. She recommended I use a closing attorney of the name Jorge Lafosse and fortunately another broker from another brand informed me he does not have a very high Law Degree of "Lawyer Exequatur Notary" from the supreme court of Honduras, only Lawyer Exequatur Notaries of the supreme court of Honduras can draft, handle and authorize real estate closings in Roatan Honduras, any simple attorney like the one Mrs. Annie Miles recommended is actually prohibited by Honduran Criminal Law and the transaction can be annulled. My potential investment was jeopardized, I have been put at a huge risk. This is extremely unethical and ilegal and irresponsable by Remax Roatan .I will not use Remax for my Investment in Roatan as now I do not trust the information they provide regarding closing attorneys in Honduras. Apparently they have agreements with this attorneys that do not have the academics nor supreme court authorization to handle a real estate transaction in Roatan
Regards
Susy Bell

Re/Max Rental agency

Absolute 0 stars! Usman Shaikh is the most horrible agent ever. I feel bad for the owners at 117 E camden ave, moorestown NJ. They trusted him with their home and to maintain it. Online it states the home is available immediately. Since mid-February me and 2 friends were interested. The agency of Remax unlimited rushed us for all paperwork just for us to sign lease for march 1. They failed inspection due to smoke detectors (i know stupid) then postponed us moving in till 8th (our next available moving day) then the inspection on march 4th got canceled and rescheduled to march 10 amd the agency didnt even bother to fight it. They also have a repair grocery list of a scam on their lease yet kept house as is from previous tenants and said they will do bare minimum of the ones we asked to be fixed. The house was filthy to begin with. Re/max does not care for their clients or future tenants. Usman if he even answers gives the shortest responses to our agent and false advertises his homes and never even sees the condition they are in before trying to rent it out. The RE/MAX CEO should be aware of this and do something about it. I never dealt with an agency so lazy and slow in my life. The owners of this home should fire him immediately cause i can guarentee no one will ever rent this house out the way it is advertised and maintained.

Re/Max they are recommending closing attorneys that do not have a notary degree from the supreme court of honduras.

Good day Dear Remax International,
I am an investor in Latin America, I contacted Mr. Larry Schlesser (I have email proof) in REMAX Roatan in the Bay Islands of Honduras for advise and possibly a potential investment through Remax, he recommended I use a Closing Attorney called Lisa Asfura or Jorge Lafose. Luckily I also asked a friend in Roatan about this and I was informed this Attorneys do not have a Notary Degree of the Supreme Court of Honduras and they dont even live in Roatan and that in Honduras if a Notary is not present at the signature of the Real Estate Closing the transaction could be annulled and made void. That this is actually a criminal felony. I was planning to invest approximately one million dollars through REMAX. I feel misguided and lied to by Larry Schlessor of REMAX ROATAN. I have also been informed he was expelled of the Roatan Real Estate Association. I could have been the victim of Fraud, I think REMAX Authorities should very seriously check this so that REMAX does not recommend Attorneys that are not Notaries in Roatan and investigate this person Larry Schlessor.
Best Regards
Nadia

Re/Max complaint against remax and realtor

My name is Tamara Keith and I am active duty military (Navy) stationed on Ford Island (Hawaii)
I file a complaint against Ko Olina Realty, LLC Associate Carolyn Stone, License # RS-44878 and home owner Re/Max/Honolulu Realtor Roberta Wakisaka-Fellezs, License #RS-68899 in May 2019 and June 2019 with State of Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs Regulated Industries Complaints Office and Honolulu Board of Realtors. Both cases were dismissed. On January 22, 2019 Re/Max/Honolulu Realtor Roberta Wakisaka-Fellezs illegally place a lock box on my door to show the home that I was a tenant of. Re/Max requires a consent form to be sign if tenant agrees and allows the lock-box to be placed on door. I did not agree/authorize or sign consent form. Re/Max agent give an outside agent (Carolyn Stone & client) access to my house for a home showing with no notice of showing or my permission to enter home. Carolyn Stone and her client went through my personal property/belongings. They went through every closet and stated that each closet was filled and pack with stuff. Carolyn Stone stood next to her client and allowed him to take photographs of my personal property/belongings so they could show other people how much stuff I had in my home. I had security cameras in my home with sounds. I was able to see and hear the conversations/discussion that took place between Realtor Carolyn Stone and her client on January 22, 2019.in the security camera video; Carolyn Stone and her client discussed numerous of things about me; why I didn't want to move, Carolyn Stone and her client tried to figure out my ethnicity/nationality, was I African, was I mixed with Thai, was I Jewish, maybe I am just a follower of Christ, what my occupation was, was any of the pictures on wall myself, was I painter, why all my closest was full and pack with stuff, why I had so much household goods, people must have given me all the things I had in my home, why/ how could a person traveled with so much stuff and my house looked like a "MUSEUM". My personnel rights were violated as a tenant and neither one of the Agents were reprimanded nor did they make the client delete the photo off his phone. I have all my security camera video, email, text messages, voicemail where Realtor Agent Roberta was harassing and threatening me. Also I filed restraining order against her and my Military Jag lawyer sent a letter of cease and desist of harassment and threats.

Re/Max showing me the wrong property before conclusion of contract

The agent of Remax (Sao Miguel, Azores) showed me the wrong property before the conclusion of the contract. He already admitted his mistake and I have it on camera. It was clear that I only wanted the land shown to me and not the one which is mistakenly in the contract. I already payed a down-payment and want my money back. But the director of Remax Sao Miguel is not reacting to the claim. I consulted a lawyer and will proceed with legal steps if I don't get my down-payment back soon.

Re/Max selling of home

To Whom It May Concern:

I have sold my home through Remax and I am very sorry that I did. The agent I had was more interested in closing the deal and then protecting my interest. She essentially helped the buyers push me out of my home. The real estate agent I am referring to is Tara Lauterbach.

The points below is how she handled the selling of home, which shows how she totally and completely disregarded me and treated me like I did not count:

1. She pushed me to allow the buyers to store their belongs and dog in my home. My agreement with the buyers through my attorney was to allow them to store their furniture in one area and dogs outside. The day before the closing. Instead the buyers put everything they own in my home.

2. The day before the closing Tara showed up at my home for what reason only to push me out. She kept pushing me to move my belongs that were left in my home out. I asked her to leave a minimum of three to times and to keep her hands off of my belongings.

3. They made me leave my home so that the buyers could have a walk through, the day before, I wasn't even completely out of the house, walk throughs don't happen until the day of the closing. Also the agreement was that I was still moving my belongs and I was going to be there as long as I needed to be there and the buyers were not suppose to interfere with me moving my stuff and cleaning.

4. I went with my son-in-law to pick my daughter up from her job upon our return to their home we found the contents of my refrigerator and freezer in a box on my daughters front porch. Tara had returned to my home and started moving my stuff out. While I was not present. Who gives a realtor the right to touch my belongs and to remove the items from my refrigerator and freezer and sit the items outside in front of someone home. I can not list all of the stuff she through into boxes willy nilly without regard that the items belonged to someone, Very disrespectful.

5. When I returned to my home, I found that all of my clothing taken out of my closets, my dryer emptied and placed in a box, not even neatly. I was talking with the gentlemen friend of the family that was helping me moved and he told me that while I was gone, that Tara had returned to my home and started bringing stuff out of my home and telling him to place them in the truck. I wasn't even home. What right did she have to touch my stuff and throw things in the truck. She was a real estate agent not a mover and I never asked for her help or gave her permission to be there and furthermore, I asked her to leave and not to touch a thing.

6. I felt very vilalated and pushed aside as I didn't matter and that my belongs were in the way. No money changed hands, the house was still mine and I had every right to be there until the day of the closing which was not until the next day. I was not even giving the opportunity to clean my home the way I wanted to and the buyers complained that things were not cleaned properly. What did they expected when they kicked me out of my home.

7 . The day of the closing my son-in-law and daughter when back to the house to remove my chair lift and but the banister back into place. Only find the buyers camping out inside my home. They called the real estate agent to find out why they were in the home. Tara came down to ask the buyers to leave so we could finish, but what she said to them was so unbelievable that someone who was supposed to be my agent would say. She told them that family is having another one of their meltdowns and that they need to get back into the house. The house was still mine not theirs, and they were there moving their stuff around the house before any money has changed hands. And then they had the nerve to complain about the condition of my home when I was not given the proper opportunity to clean and move out of my home what did they expect.

8. She blamed my son-in-law saying that he gave her permission. Which was not true he was helping me move and was really not paying her any attention. In any case the belongings and home was mine not his and she had no right to ask him anything. It was not like I was not there I was, she ignored me like I was invisible and didn't count.

I can go on but as I write this e-mail my anger grows. It was very traumatic experience for me the way I was treated. I lived at 18 Glendale Road, Flanders, New Jersey for almost 50 years, lost my husband in that time. Tara did not allow me the opportunity move out of my home with a pleasant departure with all the memories I had of my husband and family in the home. Instead she made it a very rushed traumatic experience to this day upsets me, that I was not given the proper opportunity to say good bye to my life in the home and welcome in my new beginning. My only question I have left is if she has done this to me who knows how many others she has done this to or will do to. She is not an honorable real estate agent, only an agent the will do anything to close the deal and screw everyone else.

Should you be interested in speaking with me regarding my complaint, please feel free to contact me and my daughter at [protected].

Sincerely,
Barbara Carbaugh

Re/Max unethical behavior

In 2013, my Father fell outside his home the night before his closing date. He lay on the ground for hours and was finally found by a neighbor. He was taken to hospital with broken hip and hypothermia. 4 hours later his agent, Sharon Norton, failed to protect his rights or property by proceeding with the closing, WHILE HE WAS HOSPITALIZED and to add insult to injury she agreed to penalize him $5, 000 for not getting all of his belongings out of his home, BECAUSE HE FELL AND BROKE HIS HIP AND WAS HOSPITALIZED.
She could have delayed the closing until he was able to finish his move and SHE DID NOTHING resulting in the new owners throwing away the property in house including his clothing and family heirlooms that we can never get back. They also kept his riding lawn mower and snow blower. When we asked them to return them they simply said no. All this happened because Sharon Norton failed miserably in her duty to protect her client( my fathers) interests.
These people should be avoided! They are driven by greed at the expense of human dignity.

Re/Max unsolicited real estate agent was deceitful, lied, unprofessional, and cost me a sale

As a For Sale By Owner (FSBO) I entered into a real estate contract with a buyer. Prior to signing the contract I asked the buyer if they were working with a real estate agent, they said no. A few days later a real estate agent who they had dealt with a few months earlier, wanted me to rewrite the contract so he could be included. I told him no, he had nothing to do with the transaction. I called the buyer if they wanted to pay for a realtor and they saidno. Over the course of the next two days, this agent lied to the buyers, divulged personal information about the buyers to me, lied to FSBO management making them believe I was eliminating him from the transaction and therefore he was being cheated out of his commission. When that ploy didn't work, he told my buyers they earned the 3% and they were entitled to it (I am not kidding I have it in a email). My buyers demanded the 3%; however I told them they weren't entitled to the 3% and neither was the real estate agent. The real estate agent called my wife and belittled her trying to tell her about HUD-1 Settlement Statements, she promptly told him she was originating, processing, and underwriting loans before he was born as we owned a mortgage company. He promptly hung up on her! As a result of lying to my borrowers about the 3% and admitting it in an email to me (not my borrowers) my buyers cancelled the contract. As a result I am losing $100.00 a day! Worse the RE/MAX Punta Gorda broker of record has not contacted me although she was courtesy copied on her agents emails. I have written the CEO of RE/MAX, blogged twice, will contact the Florida Division of Real Estate, Florida Attorney General, BBB, and blog as much as possible. Agents such as this should NOT be transacting real estate business. It will interesting what his management will do-probably nothing or who knows he may be Realtor of the Year. As far as I am concerned he should have his license pulled. I would sue for damages but my buyers LOVE this guy because they transacted business before with him and I am confident they would lie. Fortunately, I have the lie about the 3% due to the buyers in an email and have another witness to that fact. Additionally, the realtor showed a house to the buyer a few weeks before; therefore I believe this was a purposeful ruse to have my contract cancelled so he could receive a 3% commission. a desirable resolution would be the same I suggested to the broker of record, she assign her real estate army of agents and find a buyer for my house otherwise $100.00 a day accumulates significant money very quickly.

Re/Max Paid for landscaping such a shame, got scammed! Got scammed on sale purchase of the home too from gina sullivan

This has nothing at all to do with my wife with Gina trashing her on this site as she is fighting the battle with cancer which Gina Sullivan knows this for a while now along with her co-partner Cora too, then to trash her on here with her faulty landscaper that I paid $500.00 for in fixing water system on the house so the plants do NOT die, which she is the realtor that listed my house for sale that works for ReMax at:

This is to do with business that I did in fact pay for, it has nothing to do with my wife at all. Yes there was a hold put on the money with Pay Pal being work that was Not preformed on the landscaping that was paid for I paid for winter seed in the grass as well as the water system to be fixed and the trees to be staked with tree stakes from the hardware store with not using fence posting and/or motor cycle tie down straps. Oleander plants were to be same in height. Weeds there with not killing them nor putting preventative down with knowing all the rains in what I paid for. Grass areas were to be edged that were NOT done at all. Dead plants pulled out and thrown in a pile over the fence. Grass not winter seeded, water timing box to water all landscaping was NOT in fact fixed at all. So more plants and trees are dying due to her faulty landscaper named Tilo at [protected].

You may NOT want to list your house with her at all, there in fact was a gun missing out of my home January 2017 which she is the only one that knew that there were guns in my home (a police report has been filed) and she in fact stated that she smokes marijuana. I cancelled the listing with her, she kept the key to my house and did NOT mail it back to me for which locks on house had to be changed. Her husband is not a federal law officer at all as he claims, he is nothing but a POS liar is what he is, for my next door neighbor is a Buckeye police officer and his wife Heather knows Gina very well and they told us.

Gina said that they would put carpet squares back on back porch and asked where the 2 were that were missing, she was told where they were then I get to my house and this is what else was missing too that she just had left like that, her along with her co-partner Cora. They also stated it cost money to clean my house when in fact it was spotless when it was left and they listed it. They threw all my stuff out in the garage in the heat so it ruins it when in fact was told NOT to put anything at all in the garage due to the heat. $200.00 pictures were thrown out there along with a almost $300.00 cat tower for the carpet to come unglued on it as well as other stuff too. She puts your toothbrush under the sink, and puts your nice bath mat rugs in the closets but then leaves squeegees in the shower, she also puts your dish soap in your nice ceramic kitchenware cabinets and hand soap too with not putting it under the kitchen sink for which I think half her brains are missing if you ask me. She did not do what was asked her to do in caring for my house while it was listed. She is a very bad realtor in listing your house and with begging you to list it with her too.

When Gina first sold this house to me, she did NOT disclose water well conditions with the home as well as the water fountain in the back yard did NOT work, nor did the landscaping water system with leaking for I had 2 landscapers there in fixing it; and for which block fencing was not put up with footers in the back yard in scamming me on house price that was only worth originally at that time $284, 000.00 and she charged me $335, 000.00 for it with the inspector missing all kinds of things wrong with the house. Should NOT be dead plants or trees in January at my house. This realtor lady named Gina Sullivan is NOTHING AT ALL BUT A SCAM, DO NOT LIST YOUR HOUSE FOR SALE WITH HER not unless you want your stuff stolen and for her to scam your money as she has me.

Re/Max "red carpet runner" quality and horrible service

AWFUL. Ordered a "red carpet runner" for a classy corporate event. They sent us a thin, horrible, crappy piece of of material. It looked NOTHING like the photo.
Then, their TERRIBLE customer service- wow. They will not send return label but we will pay more in returning then the item itself! I've asked for Management to call me SEVERAL times- at least 6 times- and still have not received a call.
Cheap, crappy products and just awful service all around.
