RCIL review: RCIL not terminating Broadband connection inspite of regular complaints and reminders since 6th October 2014. 1

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Inspite of regular writing to RCIL to terminate their Broadbnd and landline facility since 6th October 2014 and their written reply
on e-mail i.e. From: RCOMBB.[protected]@relianceada.com [mailto:RCOMBB.[protected]@relianceada.com]
Sent: 23 October 2014 01:28 stating: Dear Customer, We acknowledge receipt of your request for termination of the service.
Termination process is initiated for the subscriber ID [protected]. Kindly note the rental of your service will be stopped from 2014-10-15. Our representative will be visiting you for the collection of the equipment installed by RCOM at your premises for running the services. Please handover the equipment to him. The collection of the equipment may take 7-10 days depending on your availability. Regards, Yours truly, Reliance Customer Care. .
Since RCIL is not acting on what it has given in writing, help is needed.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
