Not being paid
Worked huge amount of hours for randy dalton on may 10th and continues to may 11th I cleaned a ltr he wanted me out of ltr unit by four but ALSO hired me to do the comon areas I arrived at the ltr unit at 10:56 am and left at 5:01 pm he had also hired me to manage the WHOLE buildings garbage bring it all to the curb wanted me to sweep all the laundry rooms and the hallways and stair wells so told to be out by 4 and I did the garbage that day I couldent finish all the work in the ltr and was told to go back the following day so may 10th and may 11th I cleaned a whole days I arrived there AGAIN at 10:12 am to finish up the ltr and finish cleaning all the comon areas come to find out RANDY didint know where garbage bags were said they were in a boiler room so he sent another girls number I told her they weren't and she wanted me to use my own money to replace the garbage bags for whole buliding until she got ahold of another person I said no she then got back to me and said the same answer randy said "in the boiler room" so I told randy I don't feel comfortable doing this if I cant get a strait answer from no one so he was FINE with it and for me to go and do the str which was only another 3 hours and 50 somthing minutes BUT to only CLEAN str units MOVING FORWARD so I did that ON TOP of thoes
11 hours and 1 minute to be exact I arrived ay the str at 3:42 and left at 6:40 pm the next day on a staurday he asks me to go back to clean the ltr after saying he was fine with me doing str units only so I said no and his response was "I don't really wanna pay you for half a job hope u understand" and I still have not been paid for ANY OF IT
I also want to mention I supply all my cleaning products for the ltr and the str but not for management of a whole building
Desired outcome: PAY ME MY MONEY IN FULL LIKE AGREED NOT WHAT YOU THINK I DESERVE!

My fiancee and I was looking for an apartment and we came across Randy and The R &B Property Management. The first couple places we looked at Randy was 20 minutes late claiming he was busy at other places, so disorganized! We finally get the place and they decided to rent the 3rd apt as an air B and B without asking us our opinion since we were told that we would be advised of any major changes.
Long story short when we had a problem we would call and never was there a time when he would answer but yet he could answer an email he gets on his phone 5 minutes later!?
So I ended up moving out, split with my fiancee and she stayed in the apt. She told me that she was leaving the apt 4 months before the lease was up and that R &B were aware and they approved it cuz rent was always paid on time!
7 months go by and I get an email stating that there is 7 months of rent owing and my exs name and my aunts name were still on the lease cuz my aunt co-signed for is, I was not on the lease cuz I moved out prior. They said that they had a court date for the past rent and not one person notified anyone about this just so they would win by default. If they can email me about past due rent they sure as hell could of called my ex or my aunt or myself to let us know about it but they purposely did not, and it also allowed the time to appeal expire.
Who waits 7 months to ask why rent isnt being paid? Most landlords would call or visit to ask once a months rent is past due.
They are thief's and liars and they will take money however they can! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CONS!

My friend and I had arranged for a viewing of a property on Glendale for this past Saturday @ 5pm. On arrival no one was there to let us in so we waited a little while. During that time I emailed Kim whom I had been in contact with to set up the viewing. I also called a number of times to see if maybe they were running late or something had come up. I left a voicemail as well. The line was picked up once and I was promptly hung up on. We were able to speak with the tenants and they mentioned that they hadn't even heard from R&B properties or this Kim contact to set up a viewing for that date and time. We were only able to see the property because the tenants were lovely and very helpful. The Kim representative has yet to call me or email me back with any type of response. It's fair to say that if you cannot manage your emails/viewings/potential tenants then I don't have much faith in how you'd be as a landlord.
Just thought I'd leave this as a word of warning for future tenants - maybe it would be best to look elsewhere.

WORST LANDLORD EVER. We moved into this location two years ago. The house was rented cheap because of an eviction that had happened previously - we had to patch holes in plaster walls, put doors back on their hinges and clean out mounds of garbage. We managed to stay there because of financial difficulties and promises for renovations by the landlord...
