Rapid Fulfillment Services Store, ship, handle and package my products

In November 2020, I negotiated with Rapid Fulfillment as a company to store, ship, handle and package their product. With that contract, Rapid Fulfillment provided a rate quote for FedEx charges. I paid each invoice remitted in a timely manner from November 2020-May 2021. On May 25, 2023, Rapid Fulfillment informed me that FedEx had increased their prices and as a result, during the look-back period, all the way to November 2020, I now owed an additional $20,025.58. This is a substantial amount to add to a customer’s bill retroactively. Furthermore, each year in September, FedEx announces rate changes for the following year. That means that rates for November-December of 2020 were announced in September 2019 and rates for 2021 were announced in September 2020. As a company that provides shipping and handling services for a living, it is your obligation to know when these rate changes are released and to give your clients at least thirty (30) days’ notice, which with over three (3) months constructive notice from FedEx, should have been accomplished easily. Any difference in the rate charged to me during that period is thus due to Rapid Fulfillment’s negligence and should be a cost borne by them, not me. In addition to the retroactive billing, during this time there were several orders that I was forced to refund due to damage during shipping. I was informed by Rapid

Fulfillment, first that the insurance claim was denied because the claim was made after thirty (30) days, and then later that the insurance claim was denied because of insufficient packaging. Under the contract with Rapid Fulfillment, it is the duty of Rapid Fulfillment to

“Provide safe, effective and efficient packaging of the product” and to “report all claims for damage”. If Rapid Fulfillment failed to file a timely insurance claim or that claim was rejected due to insufficient packaging, that liability is Rapid’s and the $4,669.08 should have been paid to me by Rapid Fulfillment. I was told that this amount would be remitted to them by Rapid, yet they never received the checks, nor was there a credit given on their account. In addition to the unpaid insurance claims, Rapid made a series of mistakes from [protected] in

Sending customers, the wrong product, amounting to thousands of dollars in additional cost to me. Rapid Fulfillment should be liable to me for these costs experienced due to their negligence, not to mention the future lost sales, due to poor reviews of reliability and order accuracy. This hurt me immeasurably, with a financial cost ranging from $10,000 upwards (as the reputational damage is hard to quantify). In September-November of 2021, Rapid Fulfillment submitted inaccurate stock reports to me, causing them to be short on inventory and not be able to fulfill customer orders. The cost to me in lost sales was at least $2,500. Upwards (as the reputational damage is hard to quantify).

In March 2022 and again in April 2022, Rapid Fulfillment put my account on

Hold, until invoices of over $70k were remitted immediately. During this time, I lost many orders, with customers choosing to cancel, rather than continue to wait on the product. Rapid Fulfillment stated that there were open invoices totaling $72,562.78, with $34,424.18 of unapplied payments, for a total balance due of $38,138.60. I remitted payments on these invoices in the amount of $44,028.90, overpaying by $5,890.30. I should not have had to remit $943.94 of the $38,138.60 invoices that Rapid Fulfillment claimed they owed. Rapid Fulfillment should have been liable for the undercharged shipping fees of $20,025.58, insurance claims totaling $4669.08 and the $12,500 in lost business and reputational damage, as each was due to Rapid’s own negligence.

In May 2022, Rapid Fulfillment again placed my account on hold, due to the

Unpaid balance on the account. Both this hold and the prior are triggered by non-payment clauses in the contract, but in fact as outlined above, I should have owed Rapid Fulfillment around $1,000, rather than the $38,138.60 charged. Yet as their account was on hold and Rapid Fulfillment was threatening to destroy all my product, I paid these invoices, overpaying by $43,084.96. The month’s that my product was held hostage, while they scrambled to ship their product from Rapid Fulfillment cost me approximately $110,000 in lost sales and an additional cost of $25,000 in shipping charges and $21,000 in oversize storage fees, as they did not have time to negotiate a contract. I immediately seek reimbursement for the $43,084.96 that was overcharged to me, as well as the $46,000 in costs to remove the products elsewhere. Furthermore, we seek the lost profit on the $110,000 in lost sales caused by Rapid’s negligence, of $35,000. I have attempted to negotiate reasonably with Rapid Fulfillment to resolve these issues to no avail. We make immediate demand for payment from Rapid Fulfillment and ask that you make an offer of payment to resolve the $124,084.96 in overcharges and damages that Rapid Fulfillment owes to me.

Rapid Fulfillment Services customer service

Rapid fulfilment is a SCAM.I ordered a product to try it and they kept on sending it to me every month and charging my credit card I called customer service and she told me that she could give me a 50% refund on the product and that she'd send out a refund package. Two months later I called the service back again and they tell me they don't give out refund packages and I'm not entitled to a refund at all because it's my fault.

Rapid Fulfillment Services zetaclear topical

I ordered one to try it, but they continue to send me this product, I did not authorize them to continue sending this to me and charging my credit card, cancell this order as I found it did not work, also I want to send this one back and have the money refunded back to my account. Rapid Fulfillment Services california revitalizing anti aging serum

About June 2018 I ordered LucentSkin moisturizing cream by Internet.
It was supposed to be one time order. But I received it twice. Since that time I keep being sent California Revitalizing Anti Aging Serum all over again.I have received the item already 3 times despite I have never ordered that one...

Rapid Fulfillment Services recurring charges for cheap wrist watches

On Oct. 3, 2017, Oct. 31, 2017, and Aug. 31, 2017, I was charged $97.21 each time. On Aug. 16, 2017, I was charged $6.01, which was the shipping cost for two cheap wrist watches with plastic wristbands and all. The watches were given away, I don't have them to return, and only after realized that I was continuing to be billed this outrageous amount on my credit card. I think Rapid Fulfillment has just fulfilled themselves with my money. My worry is that it is going to ISIS or someplace like that.

Rapid Fulfillment Services cancel

I've been trying to cancel my order for two months. My son keeps receiving 2 shipments every month & I'm being charged $170 per month. I keep trying to call customer service but never get an answer. Rapid Fulfillment Services zetaclear

I ordered a one month trial of zetaclear. I've now found out that a one month trial is actually a subscription (Only made clear in the fine print) and it keeps arriving monthly. The website I ordered from is unclear and misleading, but I finally found some contact details after much investigation.

I've tried cancelling multiple times by email and phone. No one responds to the emails and the calls just ring out. Please cancel!

I placed a one time order when they were on sale. Now for the last 3 months they r still getting sent 2 me and money taking out of my bank account. I do not want anymore sent to me and money that i never agreed 2 in the 1st place 2 stop being taking out of my account. I called one of the phone numbers and was kept on hold for 15 mins. These pills are a waste and I think this whole product is a scam. Please cancel my info you have asap.

I was on the phone with Victor for about 30 minis to no resolution to my complaints. DONT NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM AND THEY ARE FRAUDS. I have made numerous attempts to stop unauthorized charges to my account, asked to speak with supervisor was told I need to hang up call back and make appointment for that to happen, where they do that at. How does such company haves no one higher MGMT to delegate calls let alone you cant transfer call either. Rapid Fulfillment Services sonny designs, watch, did not order, unauthorized credit card charge.

My purchase was for an inexpensive chinese watch which I received. It's price was $8.91, fair enough, I thought that was the end of it. Then I received another watch. That's when I called the merchant (sonny designs) this is what they said: They said I electronically signed an agreement to purchase more watches at $98.25 ea. monthly, indefinitely. Also they said I can't return the second watch. I know of no such agreement. I believe I am the victim of fraud. I'm also taking this complaint to Wells Fargo as they are my bank and the credit card issuer.

Rapid Fulfillment Services a watch called altobel lorenzotime.

Called them and they said the had no record of my order, my name, my phone number, which appears on the package missing the last 2 numbers. No record of the auth. number, nothing at all about me. It was charged to my account on 08/29/17 in the amount of $97.21. The phone number is for a distribution house in Pacoima, CA. The phone number on my bank statement said I should talk to my representative. Which I don't have. I did not order this watch, they said to contact my bank and have them get a phone number for me. But the number appears on my statement and that is the one that told me call my rep! Who is my rep? I would like a refund. I believe this is a fraud/scam.

This is a scam. I fell for the postage $6.99 and received the watch (Cheap watch). about a month later I was charged $97.00 on my credit card however the transaction was denied from the Fraud Dept. About a week later they submitted a charge. I called the Dispute department and they rejected the charge and put their name on a reject list. The credit card company said it was taken care of.

I, too, received a $97.21 charge on my Discover Card statement and did not know what this was about. I ordered a watch which was advertised free and only had to pay the shipping charges. I learned from the customer service rep that I missed seeing the fine print stating that if I did not respond within 30 days, I would be charged $97.21 and that a second watch was on it's way. I was extremely upset and asked to speak to a Supervisor. I told her that their offer was a SCAM and would complain to the Better Business Bureau. The solution she offered was to give me a 25% discount on the first watch and that when I receive the second watch, she told me to keep it since they are not accepting any returns. I was still not satisfied but
was unable to get her to remove the entire charge.

I do not care to change my card that. But I will: If I don't hear from your company within 10 days of this letter to resolve this matter, I will stop payment.

Rapid Fulfillment Services neuro xr keeps getting shipped and charging my card which I did not order

I keep getting bottles of Neuro XR sent to my house and my credit card is getting charged . Im about to go to the police because i did not order this product and did not wish to have it keep getting shipped nonstop to my house and charging my card for $80.00 whenever they feel like it . I want to know where to send my received bottles and i want to have a refund.

Rapid Fulfillment Services incorrectly charged and damaged product received

I ordered a Gladiator torch which was advertised for 19.90 but was then charged 39.90. As soon as I received the invoice via email it stated the 39.90 (for the first time) I immediately cancelled this order.
When I received it, it was damaged and I have sent numerous email to the contact on the invoice without a reply.

As I am in Australia this substandard torch has now cost me around $90 Austalian dollars, which is extremely expensive.

Rapid Fulfillment Services perfecta hair straightening brush

Thought someone gifted me this for mothers day, only to find I was charged $48.85 to my own card without my consent. As soon as I had a moment I looked up the company rapid fulfillment inc to find a slew of complaints. No clue how they got my card, but I suspect an ebay or a skin product by nuskin I ordered from in the last 6mos is the culprit. At any rate, when I called the number on the charge, allen agent 79 was quick to offer my 50% refund if I kept the item (Thats funny cause when I googled the item it"s only worth about $19.99!). If I wanted full refund they would charge me a re-stocking fee and id have to pay for postage?! Needless to say they won the battle but not the war. I said"ok deal" after several failed attempts at threatening them for a full refund. Thats fine, I shall win the war as I have filed a refusal to pay the charge w my bank due to credit card fraud. I also have written this same complaint to the us govt @ https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov
